Andrea's P.O.V.
Today is the first day of high school. I'm glad I get somewhat of a new start. I'm also glad I get to do it with Megan. We've known each other since we were little. We've gone through grade school and middle school together, let me just say it was rough. The same three guys have been physically and verbally hurting Megan and I since the beginning of grade school so we made a promise never to trust a boy especially with something as special as our heart. The treatment from the three boys Max, CJ, and Travis, have gotten worse ever the years. The sad part is, no one has ever stuck up for us. Like always the teachers have been no help at all.
Beep! Beep! Beep!
"Ugh" I moan dragging myself out of bed. I'm afraid that nothing will change and I'll be stuck with these bullies for another four years.
I put my pinked tipped brunette hair up in a pony tail. I pull on my favorite shirt, my lucky sweatshirt, and my ripped up jeans, hoping the boys won't find anything to make fun of.
I put my make up on and head to the dining room, quickly pouring and eating a bowl of cereal so I can make it to school on time. As I stuff my face with food I hear Megan walk in as if it's her own house cause it practically is. She doesn't use my doorbell but then again I don't use hers either.
"You nervous?" She asked as she takes a seat beside me. I hold my finger signaling her to wait as I finish chewing.
"Nah" I say as I swallow.
"Really? Cause I'm freaking out!"
"I just hope we can avoid Max, Cj, and Travis" I say with a sigh.
"Me too. Shall we go?"
"Yep. Just let me grab my bag." I grab my bag off the couch and head out the door. Megan and I make small talk as we walk to school.
