It was 2:00am and I still can't go to sleep. I keep thinking about what my mother told me. "You will need to get married soon." "Neal seems like a great prince."my father agreed with her. I don't understand why I have to get married soon. What if I don't want to be a princess and have a normal life like everyone in the village. But no. I have to be a queen over the enchanted forest and I had to have a king beside me. My alarm going off took me off of my thoughts. I can't go to sleep anyways so I'll just get ready.

After I finish getting ready I go in the kitchen. The clock reads 5:42am. It will be soon till my parents wake up so I just wait till they come to have breakfast. "Emma I didn't think you would be awake."oh hello mother" I responded in rather rude toon then I wanted. "Emma look I know your upset with me about yesterday. I just think you need to find someone to be by your side when you take my spot."she said. mother that's just it I don't want to be queen I want to free and explore what the world has to offer me. But of course I just thought that to my self. "Yes mother I responded. " your father and I have been talking sense your birthday is coming we should have a ball to celebrate." Oh my gosh I forgot my birthday is coming up I can't believe I will be 20 wow I remember when I was I just turned 18 thought it was the best thing in the world being an adult being treated like an adult and getting to choose my happy ending. But I was still trapped in that little girls imagination thinking that I will choose my happy ending. That only happens in fairy tails. "Ummm Emma my mother... " oh sorry mother that would be great." "What would you like for breakfast my lady the maid asked us." "Oh I would like some pancakes and coco with cinnamon on top." Yes mylady."
