When a new island off the coast of Oregon is in need of exploring, three to be biologists are set to find out what is going on on the island.
(I do not own the characters, cover is from google. This is inspired by 'Atlantis' by @hqheaven.)
I woke up to a mop of green hair in my face. I was confused at first, but then recalled the previous nights events.
I slowly sat up and stretched. I lightly shook Yamaguchi.
"Yamaguchi, it's morning." I said, sleep still in my voice.
He groaned and turned over.
"Yamaguchi." I said sternly.
"OK, OK i'm up." He leaned over and rested his head on my shoulder.
I kissed his on the forehead and stood up, and Yamaguchi followed suit. He went over to the door and when he opened it he gasped. I walked over to the door to see what he was surprised about.
All of the fog was gone. You could almost make out the edge of the island if you look hard enough.
Yamaguchi turned around and hugged me.
"You did it! The curse is broken!"
"Wait, but didn't the curse say that 3 people had to fall in love?"
"Oh, yeah. That means Suga and Daichi, then Noya and Asahi got together as well!" He was jumping up and down out of excitement.
He ran out the door and to what I assumed was Sugawara's house.
He knocked on the door and waited for Sugawara to come out. When he did, Yamaguchi hugged him.
"What's all this about Yamaguchi?" Suga asked, confused.
"The fog is gone! The curse is broken!" Suga suddenly looked up and gasped. He honestly looked to be on the verge of tears.
At that moment Noya burst our of his house with Asahi trying to calm him down.
"Hey, did you see what happened?! Did you see, did you see?!" Noya asked.
"Yes, Noya we did." Suga laughed.
Daichi then came out of Suga's house, joining in on the conversation.
"Wait, but didn't the curse also say something about ageing to?" Daichi asked.
"You're right! Now we get to age like normal people!" Noya was screaming at this point.
It's to early for this.
"Well, I think we should inform Chief Ukai about this, don't you think?" Suga said.
"Yeah! Let's go!" Noya said, already running off.
~~~
When we reached the Chief's house he was already sitting on his 'throne' and discussing some sort of plans with what I assumed was his assistant.
"Oh, hello boys. What can I do for you?" He asked.
"Well..." Yamaguchi started.
"We broke the curse!" Noya interrupted.
"YOU WHAT?!" The chief stood up quickly.
"Last night we broke the curse on the island." Suga said.
"Wow. After all these years. I never thought this day would come." He smiled.
"Well, what are you waiting for? Go out and explore the island! We haven't seen it in 300 years!"
"Yes sir!" Noya, Yamaguchi and Suga said, pulling us out of the room.
When we got outside people were starting to come out of their homes. They all looked like they were going to cry.
"Well, since you guys hosted us, how about we show you where we're staying?" Daichi asked.
"That would be wonderful." Suga said, smiling.
Yamaguchi turned to me and smiled, causing me to smile to.
"Woah! Did you just smile Tsukishima?" Noya asked.
"N-no."
Everyone laughed at that. Daichi then led the way back to our cabin. During the walk back Suga, Yamaguchi and Noya were staring at everything like they were kids in a candy store. (Honey whatcha waitin' for~)
When we showed them into our cabin they marveled at everything we had. Noya took a liking to the electric lights, Suga was fond of the assortment of cookies we had, and Yamaguchi just looked dumbfounded.
He walked over to our bunk beds and pointed at my dinosaur plush.
"What's that?" He asked.
"That's a brontosaurus, a type of dinosaur."
"Huh, what a funny word." He laughed and I blushed.
Over the coarse the night we taught them how to play things like uno, candy land and just plain old cards. It was probably the most fun I had had since collage started.
After our 26th game of uno Yamaguchi fell asleep against my shoulder. I gave him a kiss on the cheek and fell asleep. Enjoying the time I still had with him.
So I have sort of an idea on how to end this, but I honestly don't know. Suggestions please?
So I found my volleyball uniforms from 5th and 6th grade, and they still fit. My numbers were 30 and 10. I also got out my old volleyball and convinced my mom to throw me some tosses.
Since I don't have a drawing today, have a picture of our Dachshund puppy, Luna. :)
