This one's pretty cute I like how their personalitys clash really well since while Sero can teach Todoroki to chill out just a little and Todoroki can help teach Sero when to be serious like in dangerous battles when they need to be cautious he can teach him when that is. Not only that but I feel as though having someone Todoroki could talk to about his problems would be good on his mental health and Sero seems like someone who would listen without judging and depending on how serve his mental health is he could help get Todoroki to seek help. I'll give this a 8/10 for how cute and healthy it would be.
