Laurens POV:
I looked at myself for the hundreth time my heart racing wondering if the red dress was too much. Tonight me and Liam were going to dinner with our parents which we do all the time, but tonight we'd tell them the big news. Me and Liam had been together for 3 years with a few small break ups here and there but we would always find ourselves missing the other, craving them and we'd eventually find our way back to each other. 3 nights ago Liam had purposed to me and I of course said yes. The boys knew as well aswell as the girls but we hadnt told antone else yet. I was so nervous right now though I dont know why, my parents love him and me and his parents get along great. "babe you changed again?" liam asked wrapping his strong arms around me waist resting his chin on my shoulder. "is the dress too much li?" i asked "not at all and neither was the last one, why are you so nervous? both our parents having been asking us when we we're going to get marrried 2 years ago, they'll be thrilled" he said. "i dont know li what if the dinner goes terribly wrong and they decide we should just break up?" i state drifferent scenarios running through my head causing panick to take over. "then we'll just get married anyways" he said with a cheeky grin causing me to giggle. "now come on, were going to be late" liam said while kissing my cheek and leading me to the car. After we arrived at reasurant we chatted and ordred our food. after we'd finished eating we deicided it was time. Liam coughs to get our parents attention. "me and Lauren have something we want to tell you guys" he says as he squeezes my hand. "we're engaged" we say in unison. For a few seconds its quiet and our parents just look at each other. They finally turn to us and our mothers shreik with excitement causing many people in the crowded resturant to turn they're attention to us. Both of our moms ask to see the ring and gush over it as liam talks to his and my father. I look up and meet his amazing chocolate orbs as he smiles at me and sends me a wink. It was then that i realise that I cant wait to walk down the aisle and start me life as Mrs.Payne.
