"During dinner, I see my mom and Jimmy flirting like two teenagers, While my little sister was building a small hill of mashed potatoes" Mark said was he picked at his plate

"So excited for school?" Jimmy asked holding my mom's hand

"Sure, I guess" Mark shrugged

"Before mom met Jimmy, She worked at home so I was home schooled most of my life, But now since she's working full-time me and my sister have to start school soon" Mark wrote in his journal

"God, I miss being homeschooled" Patton sighed

"After dinner I walked upstairs and immediately went to bed, For some reason I felt so sleepy, The second my head touched the pillow I immediately feel asleep" Mark wrote in his journal

"The next morning, I woke up extremely sore, As I walked out of my room I could feel myself feeling dizzier and dizzier"

"I held on to the rail of the stairs feeling a sick feeling raising"

"Wow...what happened" Patton muttered while scrolling farther with her eyes glue to the screen

~6 chapters later~

"Today is my first day for school and my dizziness hasn't let up that much, I still felt really sick and even though all the doctors told me I was fine I knew there was something wrong with me but then there was nothing obvious my mom insisted I still go to school" Mark explained as he sat in the car looking out the window

"When I got out I was immediately greeted by a cute brown hair girl, She was very sweet to me showing me around, I then met her friends"

" Theresa and Isaac, Theresa was nice but Isaac was really cute, I've never had a crush before but I admit he's really cute" Mark thought smiling

"Oh okay, Look like we might get a love triangle"Patton giggled

~6 more chapters later

"I was laying in bed feeling something deep inside of me, I felt like my body was burning up, My face felt hot, Like I was under a fire" Mark thought as he painted out hard

"God, This is so long, What is wrong with him"Patton asked worried

"I got up and walked into the bathtub, As I got in I hunched over the bathroom sink feeling like I was about to throw up but instead I felt something else...something that made me feel sick and dirty" Mark sighed

"Oh..."Patton said shocked as she opened the next chapter

"I felt...I..."

Patton phone let out a small vibration and gave her a warning sign saying that her phone was only on 5% and needed to immediately be charged.

"What the gummy bears? I wasn't on my phone that long" Patton said shocked

"Good morning princess, you got to be at school in 2 hours or take a quick shower brush your teeth and eat breakfast " Ronald told her and then shut the door

"Morning? What?" Patton asked confused and looked over to her clock to see it was 5.am.

"I was up reading for 6 hours?" Patton asked herself shocked and amazed

She then plugged her phone in and got into the shower, brushed her teeth, and got dressed.

While eating breakfast all she could think about was the story, she had so many ideas and so many questions about the story and what could possibly be wrong with Mark.

"Is he okay?"

"Well he does?"

"Did Jimmy do something to him?"

"Patton" Jake called her trying to get her attention

"Let's go"Jake told her

"Right...Patton said and grabbed her phone and backpack and walked out

Patton ended up falling asleep in the car, when they got the school Jake gently woke her up and they both walk to their respective classes.

Patton sat at her regular table and saw immediately grabbed her phone to see her phone was at a good percentage.

Patton smiled and immediately opened back the story app and went back to reading.
