time skip ;o

two week TIMESKIP.

life was pretty good at this point.

toko was finally moving in with me. 

"Komaru, help us with the boxes. don't just stand there like an idiot." Byakuya said, in his normal harsh tone.

"babe! lay off. shes just daydreaming, shes excited!" barked my big brother at his husband.

Toko came in the room, holding a huge box.

"Togami.. m-maybe you should.. let makoto pull the stick out of your ass-"

i snorted at Tokos remark, she definitely heard what he had said.

"but seriously, Omaru, help us out please?"

i nodded.

"yeah, on it!"

i ran outside of my apartment and grabbed the closest box. it was open... i mean, a little peek never killed anyone. i looked inside the box, it was filled with clothes.. or so i thought. i moved the first layer of clothes and underneath was a small box sat on top of the rest of the clothes.

maybe a necklace box? no... it was too small for that. i took a peek inside and there was a beautiful diamond ring, gleaming at me. it was gorgeous. i took it out and inspected it more, and i noticed something engraved into it? upon further inspection.. i noticed what it said.

BE MINE FOREVER, OMARU. , toki.

i gasped. oh shiiit, i was NOT supposed to see this.

"KOMARU ARE YOU OKAYYYY? YOU'RE TAKING SOOO LONG!"

i heard Tokos voice from inside... it was COMING CLOSER OH FUCK-

i shoved the ring back in its box and shoved the box back in between the clothes, picking the box up as i saw Toko come out, and as soon as she saw me she looked really uneasy.

"oh.. lemme take that one.. u-uh, hand it over" 

her voice clearly filled with worry.

"sure, take it!" 

i gave her a big smile, not wanting to cause any suspicion.

"K-komaru.. you didn't look in there?

right?"
