Chapter 1

Brayden's pov :

There was a knock at the the door and my cheat started pounding, i knew something was wrong .

Ryan's pov :

When i woke up this morning i had two points to address that i thought was going to go great since i had thought it trough time and time over. Come out to my parents and tell Brayden that i loved him, i already came out to him a few months back so i wasn't so worried because he accepted me so well that with my parents coming out wasn't the hardest part, in fact it was really easy. The hard part was watching my moms reaction and seeing my dads face as he shoved half of my clothes, my gaming set up, a hand full of money into 3 bags and threw me out the door yelling * i never want to see your face again, i knew you was a mistake right from the moment we bought you home* and slamming the door in my face. My first reaction was to pick up my bags at the end of the drive and start the 20minute walk to Brayden's house. I figured since i had nothing left to lose i might as well.

When i got to Brayden's he answered the door and as soon as i saw him, i couldn't help just blurting it out.
" I told them, i came out to my parents Brayden and i told them i was gay and my dad threw me out while my mom just stood by and watched, can i stop here for a few days?" i choke between the sobs and watch Brayden's face as it drops, i just feel like giving him a massive hug, instantly regretting telling him. When he gestures for me to come in i shut the door. when i turn back i see him running up the stairs. As a friend i chase after concerned when i reached his door i heard sobbs...

Brayden's pov:

How could they do that! How could his parents just kick him out because he was gay? How could anyone abandon their kid? Aren't parents meant to be accepting and love you no matter what? He told me months ago just out of the blue one day when we was out at the lake just messing about throwing rocks and hiking as we usually did on the weekend. He said he was planning to tell his parents soon but i knew there and then that i loved him. I couldn't bring myself to tell him because i was unsure but i did swear to him that i was there if he ever needed me, day or night and i truly meant it. Laying there thinking it over with him watching me nervously from the other side of the room, I'm straight and i love him and that makes me gay but I'm straight!! I've had previous relationships with girls and loved them so maybe bisexual? Argg!! labels, i wish they didn't exist they make everything so complicated.

I must have zoned out because the next thing i knew I could see his gray beat up converse and the hem of his torn black skinny jeans walking towards me now from out the corner of my eye. I felt my eyes well up and i shot my head the other way so not to let him see me upset and in pain.

Ryan's pov:

Not holding back in the slightest as I sat down next to him i wrapped his right arm behind my neck and pulled him upwards to face, drawing closer with every breath i planted my lips on to his soft ones. I pulled him closer to me staying like this for what felt a few seconds wanting more but minutes later he pulled away. Brushing away the tears left on his burning cheeks as i caught myself starring into his incredibly beautiful eyes craving him and to my surprised he lent in for another kiss as i met his warm body...

As i pulled away at the second kiss i stood up panicking now running towards the door, of course i loved him, i was just scared. I didn't know what of but i felt like a child watching a scary movie or a deer in front of the headlights of a speeding car, but before i had a chance to grab the handle he grabbed my arm and pulled me in for a hug. I couldn't help but feel guilty for what i had just done because he was my best friend and he was straight but looking back to face him all the guilt, pain and every worry i had melted away in the warmth of his body heat as he wrapped his arms around me...
