Adrian's POV

Being an alpha is not easy at all it is a very big stress.
I am alpha Adrian Dimitri of the blue moon pack, the strongest pack in the whole world and I don't take rogues for granted because my mate was killed by one and the one who killed her was Eric, he was my twin we fought because of the alpha's position which was mine in the first instance and he killed my weakness, he thought he could take me down by killing cilia but instead I grew furious and I became a notorious, ruthless and merciless alpha. My pack cane from the 3rd strongest to the 1st strongest in the world, nobody crosses me and go free.

"Hey Adrian we caught two rogues in the human restaurant a young girl and her brother age 19 and 10 should I take them to the rogues prison or what because they don't smell like rogues but it look like they are trespassing our pack" Evans my first beta mindlinked me.

"okay bring them to the pack house I will come and see who they are and no questions"

"okay Adrian, they are with us now" he replied and shut the link.

Brown had been on edge since I got a mindlink from Evans and every attempt I make to calm it down always fail so I got my self more busy by working in the paperwork for the pack.

"Adrian you should come outside the rogues are already outside and the girl is so rude she had been complaining that we take her to where she belongs" Alec my gramma mindlinked me

  "okay" I replied  using my alpha tone"we take her to where she belongs" the girl seems impatient and brown my wolf looks like he had reach out to another wolf and I don't know anything about because he is not replying any of my questions so I just let it be.

When I got out of the pack house I smelt a delicious vanilla cream scent and I followed the scent to where Evans packed his car I was shocked this scent was coming from a particular girl it also looked like she was tracing the scent and when I eyes fell on me her eyes widened while I walked closed to her the other guys that brought her were shocked as I mentioned the word MATE as her eyes widened more, someone cleared the tick tension by coughing and I knew that person was none other than nat "what you say Nat" I said faceing him, giving him a glare while I felt as if someone eyes were making holes at my back "hmm no---nothing bro nothing at all" he replied turning his face away as I turned to Evans "where are the people you said you were bringing" "they are at your back" he answered giving me a tight smile as I turned to my second chance mate. After cilia's death I hurt so bad made many walls, I clashed when the pack witch said I could have a second chance mate but I didn't believe her but now I really believe her. I have a second chance mate.

"So tell me what's your name" I asked her "Scarlett" she replied still in shock hmm Scarlett her name was good as it rolled out of my tongue "am Adrian, alpha Adrian" I said "oh and meet my brother Diego, hey Diego  look up" she said pointing at a little boy that felt out "hey Diego am Adrian" I said bending down to his level, even though I knew I was not good with kids but  I tried my best for the ones who bug me whenever I was eating with the pack house "Scarlett who is he to you" he ask giving me an handshake "he is alpha Adrian" she replied like it was a normal thing but I felt broken but I didn't dare show it in my face and the boys where long gone so I didn't bother with them.

"You guys both said mate so that means that second chance mate actually exit am so happy for you sis" he said giving me a little hope to change her mind that second chance Mates are possible because right now that's what I need and I will protect her with my Life.

"What pack are you from" I said directing the question to her.
