I woke up ridiculously early , not being able to sleep most of the night. I rolled over to look at my clock, 5:45am what the fuck. I had a hour and forty five minutes to kill, i layed there for a bit still fully clothed from the day before thinking of what i could do to kill time. I decided to go for a run, put on my sport gear, as i knew today i was going to be benched for the match so i wouldn't be doing a lot of physical excersise. I walked out my house, plugging my headphones into my ears blaring out Green day and Steel Panther. I began to jog down the road. Most people hate running but i find it helps calm me down and clear's my head. After i ran for for about an hour and done abour 7 miles, I came back into my house and got in the shower, after eating breakfast and drinking what felt like a ton of water, literally. I felt refreshed and actually had time to pick out what i was wearing today, even though that didnt really take long, I chose my Light wash jeans, rolled up at the bottom along with my white vans, white and burgundy baseball tee along with my black loose boyfriend cardigan. I didn't bother with a jacket, eventhough it was fall it was still pretty hot outside. As i walked outside i was almost blinded by the sun, so i had to run back in and grab my aviators of the kitchen counter. I climbed in my car and luckily enough, she held out and got me to school once again. When i arrived i was greeted by Connor once again, waiting for me by the front entrance of the school. I hugged him as first bell rang and we made our way inside. We walked to our lockers and noticed that the populars were in their normal space as per usual But i didn't see Luke or Michael and Calum and Ashton were standing away from the girls instead of close to them like normal, I didn't really care as i was to busy watching Faith picking on that Eugene kid again.
"Awwww look it's the school loner." I heard her say followed by laughes from the rest of her Minyons. Ashton just glanced over at her, rolled his eyes and continued to talk to Calum. "What's wrong Eugene, is your mommy not here to help you." I said i began to seeth as Connor had to hold me back.
"Hey Faith, why don't you just leave the kid alone, you know the first sign of becoming a bully is lack of physical activity. Has that department been lacking then or?" I said smirking as i saw her face drop as she couldn't believe someone would talk to her that way.
"Shut up Sam, girls at this school don't talk to me that way, but then again your not exactly a girl are you, I mean come on, look at what you wearing, you spend all you time working on that stupid car, you even have the name of a boy." She had really done it now, I went to walk towards her and go punch her pretty little face in, but Connor held me back, I was about to tell her to go fuck herself, when i was interrupted.
"Faith what the fuck is wrong with you, why are you being such a bitch lately, you have no right to talk to her that way, just shut up." Ashton said as he walked over to Faith causing the entire corridor to fall silent.
"But babe, we were just having a little fun." She said whilst trying to laugh off her embarressment.
"Yeah well it's not!" He said shouting, was Ashton Irwin really standing up for me. He looked down at the floor shaking his head, then looked back up to Faith. "Actually you know what, I can't deal with you anymore, were done." He said shaking his head once again and then turned round to walk away.
"But Babe..." Faith trailed off, looking at me before she ran off crying closly followed by her Minyons. I didn't feel sorry for her, in fact i was quite happy about it to be honest, I had seen as side of Ashton that wasn't the ass hole Ashton and he could do so much better than Faith.
I noticed that both football and volleyball teams from Hillview High had arrived, I was still benched and my co-captain Lily was put as captain. Connor had told me that since Ashton the captain of the football team and Luke who was co-captain were both out for the match, that Mr Johnson had placed Connor as captain. I was so happy for him and asked Miss Stacey that since i was benched and we already had subs whether i could go and watch the football match to support Connor. She was reluctant at first but then said it was fine for me to go. I made my way passed the Boy's locker room and caught up with Connor to wish him good luck, I walked out the the pitch which was already pretty busy and found a good spot along the side lines. The team came running out being led by Connor and i felt like a proud mother. I enjoyed watching football, which was more than i could say for Faith as she still looked like she could ball her eyes out everytime she looked at Ashton. Ashton looked pretty pissed not being able to play but managed to smile at me as he walked passed.
