"Come on Yunho, it will be fun!" Mingi pleads from Yunho's windowsill. The younger was perched on Yunho's roof in front of his window holding the olders hands as he looked unsure past Mingi.

"It's 4 am... and you want to graffiti the city?" Yunho ran a hand through his newly dyed pink hair, huffing. Mingi eagerly nodded as he fished out his phone from his back pocket and showed the pinkette his recent texts.

"Jongho and Wooyoung are coming too! Come on it will be so much fun and I know you have wanted to put up your art for a while," Yunho hums, weighing his options as he leans back in thought.

Finally, after a few minutes of silence, the older sighs and nods earning a happy yelp from the younger.

Mingi helps Yunho climb out his window and safely reach the ground before waiting while Yunho grabs his bicycle and spray cans from his parent's garage.

The duo leave Yunho's house and bike deeper into the city, meeting up with their younger friends in front of a convenience store.

Wooyoung's black hair was pulled back into a bun and his shorter fringe held back by a headband. Jongho didn't even try to mess with his coconut head, letting the dyed red ends ruffle around his head in the morning breeze.

"Finally! I thought you love birds wouldn't make it in time. So we have around an hour to tag a few walls before patrol reaches this area, you ready?" Wooyoung remarks, moving to grab Yunho's bag and select a few colors.

"We made it, didn't we? Now show us where and don't forget your masks!" Mingi huffs out, dripping his bike against the store's side next to Yunho's as they follow the shorter down a few sharp alleys, Jongho on the back making sure they weren't followed.

The group quickly put on their customized masks and separate to do their own murals but still in view of all their companions.

Yunho goes for a beach view with a huge wave cutting off a sunset. Adding cute details as well as the colorful heads of his friends.

Mingi went a little more on the imaginative side, deciding to messily paint a pirate ship sailing through clouds.

Wooyoung went edgier and looked to be drawing a Masked male with a black hat from the shoulders up, adding small details and chain decorations.

And the youngest had chosen to cover his wall with a huge and slightly tattered red flag attached to a temple trumpet.

The sun was peaking over the buildings, and just as Yunho started on detailing his wave, a shout rang across the silent alleyway.

"Hey! That's illegal! Stop!" Wooyoung screeched, booking it away from the 2 cops and pulling a confused Jongho with him.

Yunho and Mingi quickly grabbed the remaining cans before sprinting down an alleyway closer to Mingi.

The rough sound of the officers' boots followed their lighter raps against the ground with their converse.

Yunho and Mingi weaved in between alleyways,  losing one of the cops as he stopped to catch his breath.

Yunho noticed Mingi slowing down and grabbed the boy's hand and pulled him down an alley to their left and then turned left again, and again until they were behind the officer.

Quickly checking that the other one hadn't come to find his partner, Yunho pulled Mingi strait and then weaved in between a few more before releasing Mingi and caging the gasping boy in between his arms.

The duo stood in silence as they caught their breaths, the only sound that was heard was their fast inhale and exhales.

Once they could breathe again, the duo burst out into quiet laughter, Yunho resting his head against Mingi's right shoulder.

As the older pulls away, Mingi clasps a hand against the back of his neck and slots their mouths together in a slightly messy, giggling kiss.

They break away shortly after and Yunho grins, running a hand through Mingi's ruffled up brown hair before pressing a tight-lipped kiss against the younger's mouth.

"I've been waiting for that all night."

So this is book one of the Fever Series.... and I'm gonna do the other three ships based on songs from the Fever album because why the fuck not and I can't get into my Ateez account anymore anyway.

Btw once all of the books are out, there is no particular order. It's just going to be one-shot books where each couple gets together and the setting is based off of the song and how it interprets to me :).

There will be a group one shot (them all hanging out) which will be Fever and that will be the actual final book so read that one last once it comes out!)

Anyway sorry it's not In My Arms but I lowkey don't want to write that book for some reason? I'd rather do anything else. Which sucks because I do love that story but I lack the motivation.
