There's a chapter for each genre, plus each paragraph helps to precise more what kind of story you want (mature or non-mature). Then use inline comment to say what you are looking for in the story apart from the genre and the mature aspect.
To make a story request, following my account is enough for payment.
Also, you can tag some people if you want, it helps to promote the book and gives you better chances to have people noticing your request.
