Chapter 16: My Day is Full of You

He nudges me. I came back to my sense and he chuckled a bit.

"Hey. Uhh, what was it again?" He laughed and shook his head. 

"I know that I'm too handsome, but I didn't know that your heart will skip a beat." He kidded. I rolled my eyes at him. 

"Uhmm... Where is your fiance?" He rolled his eyes and glared at me. 

"Stop saying that she's my fiance when she's not, and never will be!"

"Hey, chill. I'm just asking where she is." I calmed him down. He sighed and shrugged his shoulders.

"You're so curious that disappoints me." He said, then he drags me away.

"Where are we going?" I keep on asking him, but he only answered with a wink. 

I want to slap his arm, so he will give me an answer. But this is his day, so I have no choice but to let this pass. 

We entered to one of the rooms, here in their mansion. 

"What are we doing here?" I asked him. He shrugged.

"Hey! Why won't you tell me, what are we doing here?? You keep on shrugging!" I'm getting annoyed at his actions. He doesn't even makes sense, he still need to stay at the venue because its his birthday that we're going to celebrate.

He laughed at me. He stood up and get something from the dresser. 

"Close your eyes." He said. 

"What are you tryin' to do?" I glared at him. He's smiling like an idiot, while he's hiding his hands on his back.

"Stop asking, just do what I say." I shut my eyes, and felt him walking closer to me. 

"Now. Open your eyes." I opened it, and look at the mirror. There's a necklace around my neck. It may sound overacting, but I'm about to cry. He didn't forget this! I did tell him before that I want to buy this necklace. I just didn't had the chance to, because I'm too busy that time.

"Hey, are you gonna cry?" Anytime, he'll be laughing at me because of my face. He then, hugged me. 

"I don't know what to say. You bought it! Thank you so much. But, it should be you who needs to receive presents'" I said. Tears are flowing down to my face. I told you, he's really laughing at me.

I wiped it all and hugged him for the last time. 

"Can we just stay like this forever?" He mumbled. I spanked his chest and pulled away from the hug.

"Stop it. We need to get going, we still need to celebrate your birthday."

"However, we're already celebrating it alone together." He said. I smiled secretly and we leave the room.
