:Chapter One:Glow

You were at your house all alone you lived in the mountains so there wasn't anything to be afraid of except for bears, mountain lions, and other things that go creep in the night and other things (that I am too lazy to name) you live close to a couple of stores but nothing to really matter and be afraid of. You sighed wishing that you lived close to friends but you didn't you had moved out of your parents place and got your self your own house with your own money! But sometimes you would feel like you were being watched yet you didn't realize you were. You sat on your couch thinking about what to do you grabbed your phone and started texting your far away friends;

You:Hey

(Friends Name):what's up?

You:oh nothing much

(F/N):how are you liking it up there in the mountains?

You:oh it's alright

(F/N):got to go I'm meeting up with my friends at the mall wish you could come

You:me too

(F/N):cya

You:later

You then put your phone up and sighed "ya know what I think I'm going to go for a walk," you said out loud to your self as you jumped up from the couch and ran up the stairs to go get dressed you then looked in your closet and pulled out a shirt that said music makes my heart beat (which it really did;)) you then put on a pair of angel jeans and then put on a special "magic" necklace that you got from an Indian in the mountains and every time you felt like you were being watch it would start to glow.

:Flash Back:

You were going to the mountains to go shopping your dad parked the truck and everybody got out including you, you were just 13 years old, you had spotted an old souvenir nick nack shop, "hey Mama can I go in there please," you pleaded "alright we will be in the candle shop when your done," she said softly "ok," You said as you made my way to the shop as you were crossing the road a guy had almost ran over you "hey watch where your going little kid," you then ran to the side walk turned around and said "you watch where your going fat head!!! as you stuck your tongue out at him, he then blew the horn at you and drove off, as you made your way inside the shop the floor made a creaking noise the cashier then looked up from his news paper and greeted you with a "mornin," you then said "hello," shyly as you walked past him he looked not older than 16 "how are you," he then said with a smile on his face "good," you said as you looked away blushing he then saw you blushing and laughed a little you then looked at a little leather pouch you picked it up and gave it to the cashier to ring it up for you "that"ll be 5.99 he said as he looked into your (e/c) eyes you then payed and walked out the door he said good bye and so did you, you looked at the leather pouch at least you can say that you bought something from here, you were walking to the candle shop until you stepped across an Indian that was playing a flute it was really pretty you couldn't help but to stare the way he played it was so amazing you got so focused on the flute that you didn't relize that he had stopped playing and was now looking at you you shot out of your trance and looked at him as well "oh hello I didn't mean to disturb you I just thought it was really pretty music," you said happily you stared at each other for a long time then he actually spoke "you did not disturb me, and thank you little one I just saw adventure, and hope, and love , and bravery, and courage, and peace in your eyes and that you look like a horse person," you then looked down at your shirt and went yes sir as you smiled at him, and he smiled back "that I wanted to give you this," he then pulled out a beautiful horse necklace "wow," you said as you looked at the necklace amazed (if your not a horse lover I'm sorry I am) "but a word of caution once you start to where this it will fill you with great power you will be protected and you will be watched by monsters so be careful, do you still wish to take this necklace," he said very seriously you thought about it then made your decision "yes," you said "then kneel down and turn around he said as he then put it around my neck you were still turned around and said "its beautiful, thank yo- but he was gone when you turned around you then didn't realize that it was glowing as you hid it in your shirt "come on (Y/N) its time to go! your mother called as you then looked around for the Indian one last time then trotted to the truck and got in and looked out the window.

:Out of Flash Back:

You then slid down the railing of the stairs and landed on you butt "Ouch! you said as you rubbed it, you then grabbed a (f/c) under aourmer hoodie and walked out the door and locked it behind you, you walked a long way and claimed up a huge rock and looked at the starry sky "I want to get a better look at this," you said as you jumped off the rock and climbed up a big tree and looked at the night sky "much better," you said as you then looked at your finger nails they were glowing "I love this finger nail polish," you said with a smile on your face and so was your glow in the dark bracelet and the darker it got the more it glowed, you stayed in the tree for a long time and you finally got up and started climbing down the tree you would of stayed longer but sleep was trying to take over you and you almost fell out of the tree you got to the ground and started staggering "oh come on wake up legs," you said a little annoyed until you finally could stand up strait again but then your necklace started glowing you then turned around to see why.
