Chapter 1

Sugawara's POV.

Over the pass few months I notice something was off about hinata. He was always wearing long sleeves, flinched was he was touched, get terrified when someone started to raise their voice even by a bit and he started to apologize for even smallest mistakes he did.

I started to worry about hinata, not just me, me and daichi were worried for hinata's well being. He just didnt seem as happy as he did in the beginning of the year.

It made my heart hurt knowing something could be wrong with him and his home life.

"Hinata?" I said while we were changing,
"Hm?" He looked up at me smiling,
"Why do you always wear long sleeves?"

"I just started to feel cold in the gym" he replied, packing his things and started to leave.
"Wait," I grabbed his arm.
He looked like he froze in fear for a few seconds then smile. "What is it?"

"Nothing! Just walk home safely," I said giving him a warm friendly smile.
"Will do!" He said walking out of the club room.

Hinata's POV

I felt safe when suga smiled at me it made me feel like everything was going to be okay but when I left out of sight of suga I felt terrified to go home. I wish mother got custody of both of us instead of still natsu.

As I started to leave the gym I felt a hand on my shoulder. I jumped and felt the tears in my eyes because it reminded me of my father. But I quickly went back and faked a smile and apologize.

"Oh hey tsukishima! I didn't see you there, sorry!"

"Its fine, I wanted to ask if you mind if we hung out at your place or mine." He asked.

Hinata stood in silent for a few minutes thinking. "Dad's gonna give me a punishment if I stay out passed curfew but I don't want to seem rude so I'll invite him over and maybe dad wont give me as bad of a punishment if I went to his house.."

"You can come over to my place but I'll have to check with my father before you can enter," I replied smiling a bit.

Tsukishima's POV

Everytime he smiles it doesn't look genuine anymore. I noticed that hinata was acting a bit off then he was in the beginning of the year. So I asked him if I could come over or if he could come over just to make sure he is alright.

As we were walking to his house a notice that he was a bit nervous and scared. But I didn't speak up.

The whole time it was completely silent. After a bit more walking we got there,
"I'll be back in a minute or two," he smiled at me and walked inside.

After a few minutes he didn't come out, and I heard a loud thump inside. I got a bit worried, but I told myself that someone probably drop something heavy.

About 5 minutes later hinata came outside. It looks like he changed into a black hoodie and black pants, He told me to come inside.

"You can sit on the couch if you want I just have to go clean up a mess I made." He smiles and left the room.

I went to follow him before I notice a room that looks like his room. I walked into the room and notice a notebook on the desk.

Before I got closer to it I hear a loud noise again and saw hinata walking out of the room and closed the door behind him. And before he noticed me I went back to the living room.

Hinata's POV

As I was finished cleaning up the mess of blood. My father whispered in my ear "when your friend leaves I'll give you a "fun" punishment for bring someone over without asking me first and for staying out curfew by a minute and your new curfew is at 5 tomorrow do you understand."

I stood in fear hearing those words
"Y-yes s-sir.." I quickly replied.

Before I knew he slapped me and I fell to the ground. After I got up I left the room returning to the living room where tsukishima is.

Nobody's POV

After a few hours hinata and tsukishima talked and out of nowhere they both heard a noise. Tsukishima saw how terrified he was hinata slowly got up he started shaking as he pulled tsukishima up and pulled him the door and when they both were outside.

Hinata's POV

I heard the sound that clarifies it was my punishment time. I pulled tsukishima outside and apologize,

(*the nosie was a glass bottle breaking*)

"im sorry for pulling you outside and for anything else i might have done but i have to end this short but I..." I paused trying to think of a excuse.

"But you?" He looked at me confused.

"But I have to help my father with something," I replied quickly while trying to fake a smile, but before I knew it my father had came out of the house, "SHOUYOU HINATA! GET YOUR ASS INSIDE NOW!"

I started to shake not wanting to go inside but I knew I had to or the punishment would be worse...
