Ekta and I exchange glances. We were taken aback. After all of our efforts, we didn't expect this to happen to us. We had the first semester's question paper in our hands, which was crammed with questions that none of us had studied for. We stopped staring at each other and began fixing the problem because our supervisor was stern. Since childhood, I've been this irresponsible young lady. Studies had never piqued my interest. My objectives weren't set in stone, but I was confident that they would be met eventually. As long as I was concentrated, I was able to finish my work. Things were spiraling out of control, but all I knew was that passing was more important than grades, until I saw my father's expression. From afar, he was furious and frightening. There was constant pressure on me to finish my paper, but I managed to do it.

After 2 hours in the exam room, I exited and waited for Ekta to finish her paper. Ekta was on the other side of the room from me. She was more focused, realistic, and dedicated to her career. Ekta was still not out after an hour. It was time for the pupils to put down their pencils. My curiosity compelled me to return to class. Except for Ekta, I checked pupils leaving the examination hall. Her luggage pack, too, had vanished. I inquired about her with the supervisor, and what I learned next was stunning.

"Which girl are you referring to? Could you tell me what her roll number is? "said in a perplexed tone

"Her number on the roster is 47. She was seated in the middle row on the rear bench "frantically replied

"That girl, oh my. She, on the other hand, passed out while writing her paper. She is in the ground-floor medical ward. There's a place where you can find her." He explained calmly that he didn't want to terrify me.

Before I could thank him, I dashed to the bottom floor like Usain Bolt. I opened the door and inquired about Ekta with one of the teachers, who pointed to the right corner. I followed her instructions and found her. I'm lying in bed resting. Looking pale and concerned. I dialled her number. She raised her head and smiled at me. Before she could speak, I hugged her tight and cried impatiently.

"What went wrong? "How did you pass out?" I inquired, my curiosity piqued.

"Please, God,  Meera, we're not filming a K-pop drama. I'm ok. I didn't eat breakfast today, and I've been working at my father's store for the past two days. I never had time to properly eat or sleep. Perhaps that's why I passed out. Now I'm in a nice mood. "Glucose water is assisting me." She responded casually as if this were an everyday occurrence.

"See, I understand everything about helping out your family and then studying for exams, but you should also be taking care of your health." She will have a significant impact on you. You're already rather slim. Sorry. "YOU ARE MALNUTRITIONED," I said, concerned.

"Meera, put a stop to it. So, how about you? Have you ever considered living a healthy lifestyle? Remember how last month you ate junk food while attending gatherings and ended up with food poisoning and sobbed about your clothes not fitting you? I believe you should also look after yourself. Join a gym and get rid of those extra pounds!" She was attempting to divert my attention, but she had a valid point.

"Okay. But promise me one thing: if I start going to the gym and eating healthier foods, will you do the same?" I was more concerned for Ekta's health at the time, so I thought of negotiating a deal, which succeeded..

"Yes, I promise you," he answered sarcastically.

"Please allow us to board the train and return home. We have a lot to learn!" She jolted us back to the present.

"Let's get started. Please be cautious." I assist her in getting out of bed, and we proceed to the station.
