Crap!  I had been daydreaming. I rushed out remembering, that I had left Aien outside. There he was passed out out the ground. I sprinted over and carefully picked him up, almost dropping him from the dead weight of his limp body. I heaved him over and into the tree carefully setting him down in the dirt hole, and covering his body with the draping vines. I looked down at his face. His chiseled jaw, and grey eyes with flecks of sparkling gold in them. His light blond hair was plastered to his face with sweat. I leaned over and kissed him on the forehead. His eyes fluttered open and I quickly pulled away,

“Mar”? he whispered.

“shhh” I say. “Its gonna be alright, ok?”  “You just hang on for me.” He sighed and closed his eyes, his voice drifted off, but he whispered,

“Ok”.

I climbed out of the tree and into the now, bright sunlight. Birds were chirping, and in the distance I could hear the chatter of birds and fairies, the busy traffic of my everyday life. I snuck out of the woods and Into the now evacuated entrance clearing. Brushing my hair away from my face, I started jogging deeper into the WORLD. The first obstacle I encountered was A trickling brook that ran down into the woods that I had just exited. I grabbed a rock and tossed it into the water. It automatically dissolved, leaving a charred smell in the air. Just what I thought, demon blood. It dissolved everything It touched except for faerie skin. I took out a pouch that I had made after killing and skinning a goblin, and very carefully filled it with the acrid smelling substance. I quickly chalked a sealing rune on the bag, to keep it from spilling and dissolving all of my supplies. Jumped over the stream, and carried on.

The first mistake I made was to let my mind wander to Aien, Aien and I have always been best friends, We both live in the same little village and have, our whole entire life. Now, it wasn’t the love story that I had been hoping for. He had dated other girls and, I never dated anybody. It basically sucked, big time. During that walk down memory lane, was when I got hit by a very ungrateful rock. As my vision blackened, I saw 3 masked figures coming toward me. Then everything went black.
