"5 till lights out" a police man shouted.
A man sits in his cell and lays on his bed. He covers his head and closes his eyes. He sees pretty lady with blonde long hair. Her eyes were sky blue...he loved her eyes so much. They were leaving a fancy restaurant and were on their way home to catch their show together. Laughing together hand in hand. Then a strange man came up to them. His face was covered with his Hood and was wearing a gray hoodie. "Give me your money" he said
The lady gasp and cling onto her lover. "And what if we don't want to?" her lover said
"Give me your money man...I don't want to kill either of ya. Just hand it over." the strange man said
"Johnny, love just hand it over to him" the lady said.
Johnny looked at his love and said 'But we can't let him win"
"You better listen to your wife man..."
Then man slowly pulled a gun out. Johnny didn't know he had a gun in his pocket. He ran up to the man and punched him. Just in that same time the man fully pulled his gun and shot a bullet.
"You missed me" Johnny said
"But you got me..."
Johnny slowly turned his head around and saw that his love of his life was shot
"Katy!!" He shouted
He ran over to her said just as she fell on the ground. He started to cry. "K-Katy" he sobbed
The mugger dropped the gun and ran away. The coward mugger ran.
The gun laid their on the ground with smoke coming out of it.
Johnny watched as the mugger ran.
"Kiss it all better...I'm not ready to go...It's not your fault love you didn't know..." Katy cried clinging to her life.
Johnny looked down at his lover and held her hand. It was cold. He leaned in and kissed her face.
"Everything is will be alright" He says
Then he noticed the gun and his rage grew inside. "I'll avenge my lover tonight" He says
"Johnny no You'll make things much worst then it...already is" Katy said grabbing onto Johnny's tux.
Johnny laid her on the ground carefully and walked over to the gun.
With little power she had left she pulled her phone out and called 911.
"911 how may we help you"
"Please...Come quickly...I've been shot....and....and"
The phone started to go static
"Hello? Hello? Stay where you are 911 is on it's way!"
Now he sit behind prison bars 25 to life and she's not in his arms. He couldnt bring her back, with a bullet to the heart
Johnny shot the man with a bullet to the heart in the back of the man, who tore his life apart.
He holds onto her memory. All of it is memory.
"Katy...Stay with me till I fall asleep" He cried.
Katy reached out and touched his cheek. "I love you...Johnny"
"I love you too!!"
"I'm not going to make it..."
"NO! Don't say such things!"
Police sirens can be heard in the distance.
"Just do me one thing..."
"What is it Dear?"
"Kiss me...again" she said
Johnny did so. Then her time was up. Her head fell to her side and she was gone. Johnny cried.
He closed her eyes and hugged her tightly.
Johnny saw the police car in the distance and placed her on the ground.
The police men came out of their car and "Freeze! Your under arrest"
"For what?" Johnny asked. Then he looked at his hands and the gun was still there. Then he looked around him and his dead lover and the dead man he shot earlier made it look like he was a murder.
He sighed and put his hands behind his head. "Take me to jail..."
The police men took the gun of his hand and handcuffed him and pushed him into the police car.
"Johnny William your sentence to 25 years in jail for the murder of your wife Katy William and the man Troy Backtanberg"
The words I love you echo in his head.
"Katy..." he said
