Lauren's POV

Yeah, it's been two weeks since I heard the news. And here we are at the wedding the great power couple "SHAWMILA" like that doesn't make sense, at least you could name a kid Camren. Am I, right? Even after everything me and Camz- I mean Ms. Mendes went thru she still has the nerve to invite me, like the fuck is this? But I still came because they are serving chicken wings and Normani wanted some, plus Dinah wanted to see what went down in this," wedding," Ally is just being Ally. Dinah still roots for me and Camila but she's crazy if she thinks that we will be back together again.

But present time I'm waiting outside the door where Camila is getting dressed. I made a promise and that promise was end up with Camila no matter what. As you can tell, I'm not doing so good. I was in my thoughts when I heard the door open, I saw Mama Sinu come out the room. 

"Can I go in?" I ask Sinu."Yes just let me tell her, Ca-" "No it's okay no need to warn her" I interrupted her softly. "Lauren, honey, I know what your trying to do. It's too late for it now. Be happy for her, sweetie." she said softly. "Mama Sinu, I know what I'm doing, I need her to be sure she's making the right choice. Not only for me, but for herself too." I told her. " Okay then, you may come in, but no making her cry. I know you still love her and if she is happy with someone else be happy for her please." "Okay, but I'm still talking to her no matter what. Now may I come in?" She nodded her head yes. I opened the door quietly and went inside the room.

"Camila?"

"Who is i- Oh, hey Lauren. I didn't expect to see you here." She was somewhat nervous or shocked to see me.

"Yeah, well I'm here."

"Yeah... Is there something I can help you with? Is Ally lost? 'Cause I swear I just saw her here a mo-"

"Cut the bullshit, Cabello. You know why I'm here." 

"I... um- Look Lauren, I already told you before he makes me very ha-"

"Yes you have but not in person, you told me thru text messages." I said as I was walking closer to her. She walked backwards. 

"You know, you look beautiful today."

"Thanks."

"But you want to know something else?" I asked as I kept walking forward until her back hit the desk making her sit. I had her trapped. YESS!!!!

I was in between her legs, since she was just wearing a robe it made it easier. I leaned closely to her ear and whispered, "He won't love you, like I do. See, even if you have me this close I still have the what did you call it? Oh yeah the Jauregui or Jauregay effect." And it was true I could see the goosebumps on her skin.

"Lauren, please don't," She said putting a hand on my stomach.

"Please don't, what? Make you realize you don't really love him, that you still love me? Make you remember when you came to me with your needs when he wouldn't eat you out because it was disgusting?  Or when he kept insisting you suck his dick and you didn't want to and he forced you to, basically mouth raped you? Tell me, what don't you want me to do? 'Cause I could go on and on about things I should do." 

"Enough Lauren!" She pushed me and got off the desk. 

"You do not get no say with who I'm happy with. He's a good man, even if he makes mistakes."

"He makes you happy? Then why the fuck did you come to me last night, wanting me to eat you out for the "last" time, huh? Because we both know that won't be the last time. Why do you keep on coming back to me? Why do you give me hope when I didn't have a chance?"
