Rin walked back to her class with her friends, her mind, full of the thoughts, that had been haunting her, since the previous night.
They entered the classroom. There were only a few students. The rest, yet to come.
The boys were there, as usual, early and hanging out in their corner, near Jin's desk, which was at the back.
Rin went to her desk. By each step, her heartbeat racing more.
She tried being her normal self. Yet, she couldn't look at the boys.
It seemed just after a night, things had somehow changed between all of them.
Rin mustered up all her courage, turning to speak to them.
Just then Park Minsuh entered the class. The so called beauty queen of the school.
Rin's eyes glitched with irritation at the arrival.
"Jin Oppa! I missed you!" She came running towards Jin, and hugging him soundly.
Jin passed a glance at Rin, who just rolled her eyes and turned away.
"What are you doing here, Minsuh?" Jin asked with impatience.
"I came to see you. I missed you. We can go back to dating, like we used too. Can't we?" Minsuh looked at Jin with a wet puppy's look.
Ae Chan and Yeon Joo meanwhile imitated a throwing up gesture.
Sung Hyo laughed seeing it. Even Rin couldn't help herself from smiling.
Minsuh glared at them.
"Minsuh, I don't want to go back with you." Jin kindly replied kindly to his ex.
"Why oppa? Am I no good? I am so sorry for what happened in the past! It was a mistake. I wasn't cheating on you. I miss you. I like you too." Minsuh begged, fake tears falling from her eyes.
Rin knowing the drama queen she was, turned facing Minsuh and Jin, saying, "Hyung! You should listen to her! You are a good couple. Get back together!" It was more of a sarcasm, than a compliment.
Jin sat astounded.
"Thank you Seul Rin!" Minsuh thanked her.
"I just wanted to avoid a drama. I did not come here to see any soap opera. Take your lovey dovey moments somewhere else." Rin completed with distaste.
"You haven't changed a bit, have you Rin? Or do you still have that soft corner for him, always warning me to take care of him? I haven't forgiven you, for what you did! Calling him there that day." Minsuh replied with hatred and a complacent expression on her face.
It was Rin's time to turn red. She sat there, silently, as her friends looked at her with a questioning glare.
"Oh! Now where is the girl who challenged me? Don't tell me you still have that crush on him?" Minsuh words were, as expected, saucy.
The boys and her friends, along with the entire class were looking at her.
Melting under there gazes, Rin stood up, a burning red shade she was, from head to toe and a dangerous look in her eyes.
Her hands choked Minsuh's neck as she pulled her up, saying , "What do you want here? You don't want me to do what I did to you then! Or do you? I don't mind a bit! Me liking him or not, is none of your frigging business! It's between me and him! You better leave him alone! I am not letting you lay your dirty flesh on him again. I have had enough with you!" Rin completed, smiling dangerously, taking her hand back.
Coughing, and losing her balance, holding onto a table, Minsuh looked at Rin, fear creeping up her.
She hadn't forgotten the hateful day.
She left the class, stomping and coughing.
Rin who was seething with anger, started to leave the class, when Jin grabbed her hand.
"Is what she said the truth? Answer me Rin!" Jin asked.
"She was just speaking rubbish. Leave me Hyung! I have to go!" Rin was fidgeting.
"I am not leaving you again! Never again!" Jin pulled her into a warm hug.
Rin felt herself melting down in his arms. She rested her burning head in his shoulder.
Jin embraced her, as if she was his whole world.
She was undoubtedly his everything.
"Hyung! Leave me!" Rin broke the hug finally.
"Tell me something, are you dating Seung Ho hyung?" Jin asked, the concern in his eyes returning.
"No! We... I... faked it!" Rin confessed, after a moment of silence.
Her friends exchanged happy glances, as Rin looked away, her face clearly showing embarrassment.
A happy Jin took her in his arms.
"Oppa! Put me down!" Rin replied in a shy, fierce whisper, punching his shoulders softly.
The boys looked at the happy pair with satisfaction.
Taehyung had only seen his cousin this happy, when she always got what she cherished.
He smiled with content, as his eyes left them, falling on someone beside him. He was waiting for his happy day.
What trials they were to face, only fate knew. For now, Rin got her love. Jin got his world in his arms.
