Fucking hell.
She stared at the monument as the woman lectured her, the other people around them staring at her like she had grown two heads. She may not but she certainly shortened to God knows how many centimeters.
"—Young lady—" She stared blankly, Kayaba was such a bastard. She takes it back about him being nice enough to give her a pair of parents, he trolled her enough to make her want to explode her head.
He has the fucking last laugh.
He did not just do that.
"—you learn it, huh?! What a vu—"
What period was this?
Wait.
Is this even in Japan? She hears and speaks Japanese but—She blinked owlishly.
But what?
But why does some people have high levels like—
Her eyes flickered to the side, watching a man looked at them with a grin on his face. A needle?
A long ass needle on his mouth, he's chewing on it as he watched her get chewed out by her mother with another man by his side, a scar in his face. What the fuck bro?
They wore something on their heads.
A headband with something twirly on it. Looks badass.
"—Kayaba person?!" She looked at the woman, tilting her head.
"You won't get it, Okaa-san." She said loudly, still looking at her with scrunched nose. Weird to call her her mom because she certainly was not their own daughter. God knows what Kayaba was thinking when he made this. Well, fuck Kayaba. She's going to ruin his plans basically just tell the whole world about how they're only NPCs.
She doesn't care. As she says, fuck Kayaba.
"You're just an NPC."
The woman had the audacity to look bewildered. "Enpishii?"
See?
NPCs wouldn't be aware of the game, much less them about being an NPC. She didn't want waste her breath trying to explain what an NPC is to an, well.
To an NPC.
"I told you," She puffed her cheeks because this was taking so long and she wanted to learn things about where she was for her own sake. "You won't get it."
