Mika's POV
I woke up as I heard my alarm clock ringing. I reached out and turned it off as I remembered that I had to meet someone. I checked the time and finish the things I needed to do first.
I stared myself in the mirror after I finished fixing myself. I had a long brown wavy hair that has pinkish lips, straight nose, natural blush on cheeks, and natural brown eyes. I wore a simple white dress that matches my skin color.
After checking myself out of the mirror, I quickly said goodbye to my cat, Katie, and pet her that I would be coming home late.
The sun is warm today as I went out to my condo.
As I was walking away from my condo, I got startled by a sound that comes from my phone. I checked my phone to see I have a message from him asking where I am. I told him that I'm going to buy something in Ministop before meeting him.
As I went to the Ministop, I bought some milk and soda and went to pay it in the cashier. I went outside after buying and called my best friend but didn't answer. Instead, I started walking towards the park.
After some minutes, I heard my phone rang again. To my surprise, it was him. He was calling me! I quickly answered his call and asked why he called.
"Are you free today? Can you accompany me?" he asked with a hint of hesitation. I stood still while listening to my heart pound. Not again I said to myself. Instead, I brushed off the feelings I felt and said that I was free today. I asked where he was. He told me the directions where he was and followed afterward.
As I was about to hang up, he said,
"Are you hanging up?"
"What?"
"Don't hang up."
As he said these words, my heart starts to pound faster than the last time. Instead, I asked why.
"Nothing. Just don't hang up."
"Where are you now?"
"I'm already here. Do you see a chicken restaurant around?"
I looked around and saw a chicken restaurant, but it was inside the mall. I thought I went in the wrong direction, so I asked which direction should I go. He guided me and told that to "Face Square and turn left. There's a fountain in front of a cafe." I followed his orders. As I make my way to the fountain, he told me to turn around.
At first, I was a little bit confused about whether if he was fooling with me or not. To my surprise, as I turned around, the surroundings turn brighter than usual. The way the water rises from the fountain becomes in slow motion, seeing him in his white shirt and his denim pants. He was smiling at me. I felt a felt sensation again that made my heart skips a beat. He puts his phone down and walked towards me. I admit, he looked like an angel that came down from Earth, smiling at me. Bright lights were surrounding him as he came towards me.
I got immediately scared when my heart beats faster than usual as he stood in front of me. His black eyes stared into my brown eyes as if he was trying to say something to me. After a while, he broke his gaze to me and offered to walk together.
While we were walking together, I noticed how his expressions changed from calm to annoyed. I got startled when he holds my hand and squeezed it tight. I looked at him with wide eyes.
"What's the matter?" I asked. His frown disappeared as he looked at me saying, "I want them to not look at you the way I'm looking at you." As he said those words to me, he turned away not letting me see his flushed face.
We continued to walk and talked about the things we used to do before. Little did we know, we already reached the riverbank.
While talking, I gazed on him. His eyes looked happy and his smile looked so radiant that you see his dimples showing. The way he laughed is like a melody that I wanted to hear every day and his voice is like a lullaby. His touch, oh his touch, it makes me want to hold onto it forever.
Lights started lighting up from the riverbank as night came. We remained silent as we gazed in the sky. He spoke that made my cheeks blushed and made my heart beats faster again. I felt that strange sensation in my body as he placed his hand in mine.
"I like you, Mika. I liked you from the very start. From the moment I laid my eyes on you.
Then he cupped my face with both of his hands; leans lower and kissed me. My legs started feeling jelly as his lips met mine.
'I'm going to explode, omg.'
What made me more shocked when he told me something as soon as he pulled out from the kiss and looked into my eyes.
"I think I'm falling-sajcinddddnwidnwid"
*KRINGKRINGKRINGKRING*
That's when I heard my alarm clock ringing so loud that I couldn't make out the words he was trying to tell me. I was awake but remained my eyes shut. I tried sleeping, hoping that dream will come again but none. Then, I felt my skin getting cold all of a sudden as if I was wet. I shrugged it off and tried sleeping again. I felt something again. It was hella cold! I opened my eyes and stood up to see who did that. I heard a laugh and see a man laughing at me in my state. I rushed towards him and started punching him in his arms. He pulled me into a tight hug, saying "Next time you won't wake up, I'll shower you with hot water next." He smirked and winked at me which made my heart skipped a beat; as he said those to me. I quickly shrugged it off and pushed him away from me. " As if you can, Hiro."
I headed straight to the bathroom as I hear his laughter again.
As soon as I locked the door, I looked at the mirror and let a tear escaped in my eyes, smiled bitterly as I recalled my dream again.
I sighed.
"Oh brother, I wished you weren't my brother, Hiro."
