The cold and whispy wind envelopes me as i hear my feet crunching in the snow below me. I am currently making my way towards a cave entrance which i have been told is home to a bunch of vampires. It doesn't take me too long for me to find the entrance so i rush in wanting no more further exposure to the harsh elements on this snowy mountain. As i walk deeper into the cave i start to hear voices. When i get close to rounding the corner, I unsheathe my ebony sword, which is enchanted with shock damage. With a sharp turn, i am no longer hidden from my enemies, and there standing in front of me is a master vampire and her thrall. I cut them down pretty quickly and started to get a move on.
As i start to get near what i sensed was the end of the cave i see three vampires, surrounding a dead woman which i assumed was a nord from her looks, and then standing tall above them was a statue.
'Great, they're worshipers'.
I lunge down from the platform that i was on and killed them swiftly, to prevent them from using their vampiric drain spell on me. I didn't want to become one of those creatures again.
It wasn't until the very last moment when i went to turn around and leave that i heard a voice, It belonged to a daedra.
Daedra: What is it, that you seek.
Now, me being the sarcastic person i am, and not being in the mood to converse with something that doesn't exist in this realm i answered.
???: Gee, i don't know. Maybe a nice room in an affordable inn, with lot's of gold and Black-Briar mead. Or maybe a way out of this world where i can be free to worship Talos and whomever i wants without those damn elves making everything more difficult.
As those words left my mouth, everything slowly started fading to black, and i lost my control over my senses. It wasn't long after that, that i had heard a faint, but maniacal laugh ringing around in my head.
The next moment i open my eyes to see that i am laying on the ground of a green, grassy hill, over-looking what seems to be a city... By the nine, where am i.
