Chapter 6. Are you okay?

Aria was driving fast to get to Ezra's apartment. She had this feeling in her gut he needed her.

Aria arrived at Ezra's apartment. She walked up the stairs and made her way to apartment 3B.

Aria was just about to knock when she heard a familiar voice. It was Ezra.

"Aria?! What are you doing here?" He asked in shock.

"I uh came to see how your were." Aria Sao with a slight smile.

Aria examined Ezra. he was wearing dirty jeans and an old Hollis t-shirt with his hair curly and un styled. he was a total wreck. She could see the bags under his eyes, and it looked as though he hadn't slept in days. Plus, his eyes were puffy and red; probably from the crying. Well that answered her question, he hadn't moved on yet. she felt so bad for him, and she wanted to be with him. but since -A is back, she can't take any chances. She had told herself self she moved on, but every time she was with Ezra, she couldn't think about anything else.

"So uh, do you wanna come in? sorry the place is a mess, I've got some cleaning to do." he said slightly laughing.

"Yeah sure. uh do you want some help cleaning?" Aria asked trying to be a good "friend".

"you don't have to Aria. I got it." Ezra said staring at the empty bottles of beer and takeout food all over his apartment.

"no, really Ezra. I'd love to help." She said picking up an t-shirt he left on the ground and folding it.

"Okay, but you really don't have too! do you want some coffee? I can make some." Ezra asked with a slight smile.

"Yeah, yeah that would be nice. I'll start cleaning up- oh my gosh! I've been looking for this everywhere!!" Aria said holding up floral shirt that was lined with lace and looked absolutely beautiful on Aria.

Aria remembered the night she wore that to his apartment.

* flashback *

"Hey Aria, it's okay. I would never judge you for that." Ezra said holding her in his arms. "nothing you just said changes anything. Infact, it's good you were honest with me Aria!"

"I-I- I am so sorry I didn't tell you sooner! I don't have any feelings for him, he kissed me. and I would never cheat on you! Jason gets the point, I told him I'm unavailable. I promise Ezra-" he cut her off.

"Aria, don't beat yourself up about this, it's okay. I love you." Ezra said kissing her head.

"I love you too." She said as she closed her eyes.

"Aria, wake up, your not going to be comfortable wearing that." Ezra said tossing her an old t-shirt.

"Oh thanks, I'll call spencer and see if she'll cover for me, is it okay if I spend the night in the couch?" Aria said smiling.

"of course aria. you can sleep in the bed, I won't pull anything, don't worry." he said laughing.

"you better not Mr. Fitz! that would be highly inappropriate!" Aria teased.

*End of flashback*

"I remember that day." Ezra said smiling.

"wow you read my mind I was just thinking about that day." Aria said laughing.

"Thanks for coming over Aria, I really needed that! and I needed the help with my apartment!" Ezra said chuckling.

"yeah of course, can I see you tomorrow?" Aria asked smiling.

"Yeah come over when ever tomorrow." Ezra said grinning.

"okay! see you then. love- uh, bye!" Aria stopped herself.

"Bye!" Ezra said smiling sheepishly himself.

Aria couldn't believe how much she had missed being with Ezra. She loved him. She has to be with him, but A-

'Speak of the devil.' Aria thought looking down at her buzzing phone.

Sleeping with you teacher again? You can't fool me. I see everything Aria, everything. -A

Aria threw her head in her hands. She let Ezra get to her, she went right back into his arms. But, she still has to keep him safe. She needed to talk to him, she had to tell him about -A.

Can someone tell me how to do authors note, or whatever you call it. Anyways here's chapter six! It was a lot of fun to write, I always enjoy writing about Ezra. Anyways, hope your all enjoying this story. The next chapter will be with Jake, since you probably want to know where he is.
