He's been having trouble sleeping, the memories of you dying keeps replaying in his mind and he can't get it to stop, so he got a therapist to help him out

He knows he's not alone this time, he's got a great big family there to support him, the family that you gave him. His therapist has been a huge help, He started listening to rock music too just to make lab days feel like you're still there with him

Even if he's not biologically your son, you still loved him as one and he knows that. He knows that you'll be waiting for him at the end of the line too.

He's been coping, he's been opening up about his struggles, he takes it day by day just like you said. Though sometimes he has his bad days too, he knows that this is just a part of his long recovery journey

He's not alone, he's been helping his family get through this too. He's trying his best, focusing on the positive things. Playing with his little sister, helping his mother, having fun with his uncles.

He does his best to keep the memories of you in this house to never fade, he tells stories to his sister of both of your fun adventures, he went back to school to finish his studies and even graduated on top of his year level. He wants to make you proud
