𝓬𝓱𝓪𝓹𝓽𝓮𝓻 10

hyunjin and seungmin sat in the medical room in silence. it was kinda awkward. no- very awkward. understandable though- they almost kissed. THEY ALMOST KISSED. SEUNGMIN WAS NEARLY KISSED. 

"umm- i've gotta go get some lunch" seungmin said, breaking the silence.

it was 10 am. lunch- yeah sure seungmin.

"seungmin- i'm sorry"

"no- it's not you.. i'm just hungry, i want lunch"

"you do realise that it is 10 o'clock right?"

"oh, um yeah i know- " he said, very flustered, "yeah, i gotta go"

he opened the door to find a very upset jisung standing in front of him

"why didn't you kiss?" jisung whispered

"because of you, shithole" seungmin whispered back at him

"sorry" he whispered 

"you do realise that i can hear you right?"

"shit"

*meanwhile*

to say that chan was upset, would be an understatement. he was kinda angry- but he had no idea what or who he was angry at.

"hormones probably" he told himself " what the fuck is wrong with you chan?"

he sighed and sat down in the middle of the field, he pulled his legs closer to his body and laid his head on his knees. as much as he wanted to think about something else, his mind kept wandering off to hyunjin. is he ok? why is he so skinny? has he been eating? 

"why is he always on my mind?" he hit his head multiple times on his knees, "no no chan no"

he was too immersed in his thoughts that he didn't notice the footsteps behind him

"chan? are you ok mate?"

felix. chan knew that voice. 

"yeah i guess"

"you don't look it though"

"i'm just worried"

"about who?"

"how did you know that its a who not a what?"

"i know you chan, the only things you worry about are your exams and your friends, and since you got 100% on your exams, i figured it would be about a person"

"since when did you get this smart?" chan chuckled

"i don't know," felix sat down next to chan and hugged him, "but what i do know is that you are changing the subject"

chan is always so busy worrying about other people, that he always forgets about himself. he forgets that he is a person, and that he needs love to. he wants to be there for everyone, but doesn't realise that he needs someone too. 

"so what's wrong? you know you can tell me right?"

"i'm just worried about someone. he has just been seeming off for a while now- he doesn't eat as much, he doesn't seem to be sleeping judging by the size of his eye bags. i know there's something that he's not telling me, but i don't know what."

"chan, is this you motherly instinct kicking in?"

"i don't know felix, i can't tell" chan told him simply, "he worries me so much, i just want to take him under my wing and makes sure he doesn't get hurt"

"that's kinda gay"

"felix-"

"chan, is this person in our friendship group? wait- he has to be, cuz you can be cold to everyone else-"

"whatever"

"its hyunjin isn't it" 

chan looked away and got up on to his feet.

"chan- do you like hyunjin?"
