4. His friends

"Shall we go?" Soobin said, indicating the small tour he was about to give.

"Sure." Wonyoung nodded and got up, after sending a small wave to some of the friends she already had, including Chaewon.

"We'll be in the cafeteria!" Yuqi shouted and Wonyoung gave an 'ok' sign while smiling.

After seeing them leave class together.
Kai couldn't help but wonder 'Could that be me if I had also volunteered to be president?'

"Let's go, I'm starving." Yeonjun rubbed his belly.

"Really? But you just ate like a few minutes ago" Kai said with a small confused face.

"That's how the human body works." Yeonjun said.

"Well it sure is the way Yeonjun's body works." Taehyun continued laughing.

While they had their small chat, Beomgyu was now weirdly silent for the first time.

"Look, Beomgyu looks like he's actually thinking for real." Taehyun joked and they all laughed.

"Ha. Ha. Ha, very funny." He replied sarcastically. "I swear I've seen that girl before..."

"Who? The new girl?" Yeonjun asked.

"Yeah, but I can't quite put my finger on it." Beomgyu answered, with his fingers on his chin.

Hueningkai knew exactly what he meant, after all he was with him the day he first met her. But he chose to stay quiet for the time being, cause he knew his friends weren't the silent type and words would go around quickly.

Soobin finally finished giving her the tour and now they were heading to the cafeteria.

4 boys, all of Soobin's friends, were waiting for him outside the door.

Kai and Wonyoung's eyes met once again, with familiarity crossing her mind. But she just couldn't figure it out.

"What took you so long? Man~" Yeonjun pouted like a baby.

"Yeah, Yeonjun almost 'passed out' because of you." Taehyun was quick to joke around again.

Wonyoung just stood awkwardly beside Soobin, not knowing what to say. She was very friendly, but people get nervous when standing next to 5 dashing and handsome boys.

Kai finally picked up the courage to finally speak to her.

"H-hi I'm Hu-"

"Have we met before!?" Beomgyu slightly pushed him aside and interrupted him.

"Umm..n-no I don't think so.." Wonyoung grew more nervous as Beomgyu went near her.

"Hey hey hey leave her alone, your loud butt is scaring her." Soobin, being a responsible leader he was, quickly saved her from more trouble and stuttering.

Meanwhile Kai was at the corner, just staring at her.

'Maybe I should just try again next time.' He thought as he watched her walk over to her friends' table.
