It was a long rainy day after school. I was walking home from the bus stop. I unlocked the door, slamming it shut. "Damn Arson, she'll never like you," I mumbled, sliding down the door. I wiped my eyes and pulled off my hood. I looked up to see a black room with many bright lights in a line. "Hello?" I called. No one answer. I stood up. "Hello?!" I called louder. Still no response. "This isn't funny, where am I?" Silence fell upon me.
Soon one by one the lights broke. Until there was one, the one above me. I felt hand on my right shoulder. I jolted forward and turned. "Who are you?" I asked. "I am Darkness," it said. "Darkness?" I said. "I am your dark side, the side you despise," it said. THe figure look like me and sound like me. It pull me closer as it screeched. I woke up and grab my chest, trying to slow my breathing. I looked over to see a note. I picked it up and read,
"She will never love you like I can, idiot. -signed darkness."
