Super speed (though not as extreme as in most movies that’s right I’m looking at you twilight that’s just too damn fast) top speed is 300km an hour takes about two and a half second to reach top speed
Super strength can lift 1.5 tones (since she’s so fast I have to make here a bit weaker those are the rules the faster the person the lease he/she can lift/take the stronger the person the slower that’s how this world works and why Garwen’s three forms are so special have you noticed it the fastest one is the weakest the strongest one is the slowest but the middle one is more of a balance between the two and the fact that he can shift so fast helps him to thehehe :3)
Without healing can take about 5 tons of force from a blunt object to take her down but with healing I have no idea
Healing can grow back limbs and organs (assuming she doesn’t die before they are grown back) in about one to five minutes depending on the limb/organ
Above human hearing but below a wolfs
Good sense of smell almost equal to a wolfs
The ability to sense people by hearing there heart beat

Drinks blood to add years to her life but eats food for nourishment
One liter of blood equals one year and if she drinks more they will be added on her life span
