Katsumi was originally born without quirks.

How is that possible if she has quirks? Well her father had a quirk similar to all mights. And he needed a successor so he passed down his quirk to his daughter.

She came from a good family and was brought up very well she always wanted to go to U.A so she trained hard to achieve her dream.

Soon after that katsumi got into U.A and graduated top of her class.

She then opened up her own hero agency and worked hard to become the best.

She currently holds the number one hero spot.
