Mind Keeper

Mikayla sees a list that explains how the memories are colour-coded. Mikayla looks up to see a lot of Green orbs, "good memories with Mikayla." Mikayla read the list and felt tears well up in her eyes. Mikayla spots Dumbledore a few steps ahead of her holding onto a red ball, Mikayla made her way towards the Professor, she took the ball off him and he turns to look at the blonde. "Follow me." Mikayla told the older man as she began walking to the opposite end of the shelf of coloured orbs, "the purple ones are the memories your looking for." Dumbledore touched the ball and Mikayla watched the man do so, he was frozen and didn't reanimate until the ball disappeared. "How are you here?" Dumbledore questions, Mikayla points to the golden door she walked through, "when you began to infiltrate her mind, I arrived on the other side of that door, I don't know how or why." The blonde's admits before she began walking towards the door, hoping to return to the Weasleys sitting room.

When Mikayla's eyes blinked revealing that she had fallen off the chair, stilling holding Avery's hand. Mikayla shivers as she realised that she was just pulled into someone's mind. "Are you alright? You just went rigid and fell off the couch." Lupin spoke as he helped Mikayla back onto the sofa and offered her some chocolate, "yeah, I just was just inside of Avery's brain." Mikayla admits, making everyone look at her like she's crazy before Dumbledore lowered his wand and Avery shook her head as she shook away her memories. "How did you do that?" Dumbledore advanced towards Mikayla, "I don't know the second you say the incantation, I got a blinding headache and my eyes rolled up and suddenly I was in front of a golden door and then in Avery's mind." Dumbledore was able to hide his surprise, as he tries to come up a solution for Mikayla's entrance of her sister's mind. "A unbreakable bond." Dumbledore whispers as he something dawns on his face, "Alina told me about this, she said that you're powers will get stronger the older you become, but I didn't think it would happen so quickly." Dumbledore was whispering as he figured out what happened, "she told me that if someone tried to invade the mind of someone you love that you would be brought into their mind to either help the invader or to stop them."

Dumbledore looks up at the group, before asking everyone to sit down in a circle, "I have to see who she's connected to mentally." Before Mikayla could protest Dumbledore invades Bill's mind, and once again she is presented in front of a golden door, she walked through calling Dumbledore before leaving. Mikayla shook slightly as Dumbledore broke his spell with Bill. 

Eventually Mikayla had to rush out of the room, to get sick, being pulled into ten different minds really upset her stomach and made her feel dizzy. So far it's been 10/10 people that Mikayla has an unbreakable bond with; Avery, Bill, Fred, George, Ron, Ginny, Charlie, Molly, Arthur, and Fleur. "Dumbledore maybe we should give her a break.." Moody voice carries into the kitchen as Mikayla drank some water and ate a slice of bread to settle her stomach. "We don't have time, now Tonks your go. Legilimens." Mikayla fell to the ground before being pulled into Tonks mind, she followed the same steps as she's done with everyone else, open the golden door, shout at Dumbledore before leaving Tonks mind. Mikayla groans on the ground as she hears Dumbledore enter another person's mind.

So it turns out that Mikayla is linked to all 15 people of the group, and she still hasn't had Dumbledore copy her memories for the trial, Mikayla was still lying on the ground when the other's went looking for her, "I guess it's a safe bet, that you're also connected to Harry and Hermione through this link." Dumbledore spoke not regarding Mikayla's paleness and struggle to get back off the floor. "Yeah, whatever." Mikayla hissed as she sat down at the table in the kitchen to feel some stability, "good news is that'll be easier for me to invade your mind as it's exhausted from being pulled into everyone else's mind." Mikayla looked like she was going to get sick from the news that the Headmaster gave her. "To be fair, there's probably a lot more people that I'm link to, like Neville, Luna, Brian, McGonagall, Lee etc." Mikayla's voice was faint but to her it was almost like she's screaming. "Let's get this over with shall we? Go on and invade my mind." Dumbledore didn't have to be told twice, as he spoke the incantation. Mikayla laid her head on the table before giving Dumbledore entrance to her thoughts.

"I'm going to be sick." Mikayla admits as Dumbledore leaves her mind, the blonde rushed to the kitchen sink, pucking her guts out. She holding herself up with her arms as her legs felt like jelly and her head was doing summersaults. "Turns out you have a list of people you're mentally connected to in your mind, it is quite long list with a few surprises but some of them are no longer with us." Mikayla felt a pang of pain hit her heart as Dumbledore reminds her of those who she's lost, "meaning that you didn't need to test all of us and make her this sick." Ron spoke with anger as he was holding Mikayla up as her arms began to wobble. "Ron, you don't speak to Dumbledore like that." Molly snapped at her youngest son, "no Molly, it's quite alright, he's right. I shouldn't have put her through so much strain especially after recent events." Mikayla went to say something but cut herself off before she gets sick again, "thanks Ronnie," Mikayla smiles as became stable on her own two feet, Ron was reluctant to let her go, afraid she'll fall again but he slowly removes his arms to ensure that she's stable. Mikayla turns on the tap helping her sick go down the drain as she took out a piece of chewing gum out of her bag and popping it into her mouth.

"How are you feeling?" Fred stood up, placing his hands on the sides of Mikayla's shoulders holding her in place, as he was looking intensely into her eyes looking for reassurance that she's ok. Mikayla's pale face and shaking hands weren't giving him any comfort, "not great Freddie, but nothing sleep can't cure." Mikayla gave him a calm smile, but the worry didn't fade in Fred's eyes from Mikayla's words. "Molly, why don't you put her to bed? We have a discussion to make about Tuesday and she should rest." Molly nods as she walked over to the blonde taking in her sunken features, Mikayla takes her chewing gum out of her mouth, throwing it in the bin before Molly leads her to the stairs slowly, they take their time during the climb up the steps to the second floor. Molly helps Mikayla take off her shoes, before Mikayla removes her bra under t-shirt and gets under the covers, Molly tucked her in, "night darling," Molly whispers as she gently pets Mikayla's hair. "Night mum..."
