She sat up in bed and looked around for any sign of Harry. All left of his cupcake were crumbs, and the tea cups had been taken, his bed was made, but he was absent. She threw back the thick blankets and scrambled up to her feet slowly. She rubbed her eyes as she inhaled sharply.

10:13, she noticed on the clock hanging from the wall. Earlier than usual. She drew back straight strands of hair and tied it up into an elastic she had around her wrist.

She yawned and made her way down the stairs slowly.

"Oh, look who finally decided to wake up!"

She rolled her eyes playfully at Gemma standing at the entrance to the kitchen. "Good morning to you too."

She got to the bottom and put her tired head on Gemma's shoulder as they walked to the kitchen table. Anne, Harry and Rob were there too.

"Good morning," Anne and Rob both greeted cheerfully as she claimed a seat next to them.

"Morning," she said with a smile, glancing at Harry's bright grin. He must have worked it out with his parents. Rob got up and began packing himself a lunch in a brown paper bag.

"Why do you sleep in until ten?" Harry asked. She looked across at his light green eyes, revealing a spark of amusement.

"Harry, you should know. You were the one who kept her up last night," Rob teased sarcastically from the sink.

Both their cheeks heated up and Harry glanced over at her anxiously before throwing him a glare. "That's not funny, Rob."

He chuckled and leant down to kiss Anne's cheek. "I'll see you later, love."

"What time will you be back?"

He was already at the door. "Well... probably around five if goes to plan. Good bye, kids!"

"Bye, Rob," Gemma called before he shut the door behind him.

"What day is it?" Harry asked. Maia noticed he was shirtless with a slight blush.

"Friday," Anne replied before wiping her mouth on the corner of a napkin. "Why don't you go to the bakery today, Harry? Martha, Mable, Nicky- they'll all be very glad to see you again."

Gemma noticed Maia's confused expression. "He used to work at the bakery."

Harry nodded with a smile directed at Maia. "Before you left to work in bars, Harry?" she asked.

Anne's eyes lifted over to Harry suspiciously. His heart rate began to quicken.

"Yeah, before I left to work in bars in London." He sent his mom a worried look and she folded her arms.

"So, how's it going anyway, Harold? Do you enjoy working in bars at night?"

"Yes, Mom, very much," he muttered. Anne huffed and turned her attention to Maia.

"Anyway, what are your plans, love?"

She stared down at the dark oak table with a thoughtful expression. Harry watched as she lightly bit down on her bottom lip.

Her blue eyes met with Anne's again. "I honestly have no idea. Maybe I can work part-time and study part-time."

He felt compelled to offer her his money, but then he remembered he was a bartender.

"What do you want to study?" Gemma asked her.

"Photography courses, maybe fine arts- I have no idea, honestly. I'd really love a job in photography."

Again, Harry could open so many doors for her, but he wasn't supposed to be famous.

"Do you like bands, Maia?" Gemma asked, sending Harry a sharp scowl.
