Luna: The Island

Memory of fright

It is night a full moon is out, clouds partly cover it and Luara is asleep.
Her room is just 1 room away from her daughter.
Her windows are slightly open and the gentle crisp wind blows against her curtains. As she sleeps she holds a pillow holding it with her tight grasp.
   Luara is dreaming but it quickly turns wrong for her.
Laura's dream -
The air is crisp and Alex is holding on Luna. She gives a smile and flies faster and higher making Alex touch the clouds.
Alex stands up and jumps off with his arms out. The air soon catches him in his airsuit making him look like a flying squirrel. He enjoys the breeze of the wind running passed him.
- Luara smiles in her sleep and the smile soon starts to fade -
Soon he finds himself in the beginning of a storm. "Luara!" He shouts. She hears him and flies faster to him.
- She holds tighter and slowly starts holding her breath -
Before she got to him lightning struck him.
- She holds tighter and starts letting tears drop from her eyes in her sleep. She's crying in her sleep -
She keeps flying to him. The lower she goes to get a hold of Alex the more she fears of losing him.
He soon splashed into the ocean he flew over not to be seen by Luara again.
"Noooooo!" Luara shouted with the dramatically right timing of thunder sounds.
- She releases her pillow and starts balling tears out making herself wake to sadness.
She wakes and in a matter of minutes she stops her sadness.
Luna wakes up and opens her bedroom door. Luna started to walk over to her mother's room and opens her door. "Mommy. - Yes. - Can I sleep with you tonight? - Did you have a nightmare too? - Yeah. - Ok." They spoke. Luna climbed in her mother's bed and fell asleep.
They fell asleep comfortably without having nightmares again this night.
