In the afternoon
Tony has taken care of all the papers for adoption, now he's officially Damian's father and has a doctor's appointment for a full exam with the doctor. And after all the things were done, he decides to order furniture for a children's room.
In the meantime, the team members heard the whole story and felt sorry for the baby.
Damian has gotten used to tony, Natasha and the other avengers and now loves to lie in Tony's arms, he loves the warmth of him. He wasn't used to being kept so long and gentle.
Pepper: hey tony you wanna tell me something.
Tony: Pepper, Natasha told you everything.
Pepper: yes, but why didn't you tell me.
Tony: I forgot to tell you that because I was busy.
Pepper: natasha said you want to adopt Damian is true.

Tony nods and hands Damian over to Pepper.
