The wild red rose that blooms in the dark

The bud blooms

Deep within the earth there was a seed withering away until a miracle happened and the seed bloomed a root up the ground under the moonlight sky

From the stem a beautiful rose began to bloom Beautifully out with red light shining as a boy emerged from within the rose

His hair was as beautiful as the rose buds themselves and as lustrous as the stem that held the bud up to the moonlight

Opening his eyes he looked around his surroundings before looking at his hands then turning to the trees with green leaves flying in the air

"Im.. alive.."

-heartland city years after-

A boy with purple and lilac hair yawned walking down the street to his school while other people walked by chattering among each other

The boy then heard a familiar voice call out to him as he stopped and turned around seeing a lively face from his girlfriend lulu

They been dating for a while now and they have been great as far as their relationship has been but lately he hadn't been able to spend time with her cause of his reacurring dreams

"Hey lulu" he said smiling

"Yuto a good morning to u why didn't u wait for me" she asked walking by him

"Sorry i just been out of sorts lately" he said tired "i haven't been able to get sleep at all"

"Huh?" She questioned confused

They both walked to their school walking down the halls to class greeting each other good bye with a kiss to the cheek

Yuto walked in class taking a seat laying his head down on the desk feeling tired from the lack of sleep he was getting

Closing his eyes he fell into a deep sleep until he opened his eyes seeing nothing but rose bushes around as theyre beauty was shined brightly red from the moonlight

After taking a look around he saw a boy with red and greeen hair that was just as beautiful as the roses themselves before waking up by someone in his classroom

"Uh what is it shay" yuto said tiredly

"Class is about to start" he said taking his seat by yuto "whats wrong not enough sleep"

"Something like that" he said sitting up

"Alright then how are things with my sister" he asked resting his chin in his hand

"Great i was thinking of taking her out today but im too tired" he said with his eyes closed

"Hey dont fall asleep now sleepy head" shay said smiling lightly hitting yutos head

He fussed a little rubbing his head a bit as shay laughed while the teacher walked in with his learning book taking his place at the front as he cleared his throat

"Settle down we got a new student joining us today welcome yuya Sakaki everyone" the teacher said motioning someone in from the doorway

In came in a beautiful girl with hair as beautiful as rose and her eyes were just as beautiful as the rose bud itself

Yuto eyes widen as every boy from the class was fondling from her beauty as she faced the class with a soft look

"Hello everyone my name is yuya sakaki i hope to get to know yall" she said Bowing to the class

"Now everyone treat her well ms. Sakaki u may sit down in front yuto may u raise ur hand yuto" the teacher called out

Yuto raised his hand up as yuya walked over and took a sit in front of him putting her bag aside as she took out a journal with cherry blossoms imprinted on it

Looking at her he thought of his dream with the boy standing in the thorns of the roses looking at him with soft eyes and saying something to him

"I will never wilt i will never be plucked i will not be cut up as long as i have the one who promised to protect me and my rose and i have finally found u"

'It cant be but the one i saw in my dream was a boy'he thought to himself

After school ended shay and yuto started packing up as yuya walked past them with her hair flowing by as if wind was carrying it through

"Hey yuto u alright uve been out of it since she came" shay asked concerned

"Huh yea im just tired" he said getting up

"Oh yuto ready to walk home" lulu said walking in taking his hand "i have a surprise for u too"

"Oh im sorry lulu i have something to do" yuto apologized

"Oh i see" she said looking down

"Hey dont be down no worry ill take u out tomorrow" he said patting her head

Listening in on them outside the halls of the school yuya walked away outside the school building as her hair blew in the wind gently as a single wild rose rose up from the ground by the school

Yuto, lulu, and shay walked out as lulu noticed the rose and yuto and shay stopped seeing what she was doing

"Have yall heard of the legend" lulu said gently touching the petals

"What legend?" Yuto asked

"About the wild red rose it is said that if a rose were suddenly at a place that means the rose itself was here" she said gently touching the petals

'It cant be is she really-'

"Come on lulu its just a fairy tail" shay said abruptly

"Lets test it out then" she said plucking the rose

"Lulu-"

Suddenly there was a gust of wind as they all opened there eyes seeing the transfer student standing near them with sad eyes as her hair blew in the wind

"Why must u pluck my flower" her sad voice said
