I stood in front of the school feeling nervous. Shota told me that it would be nerve-wracking at first but I'll get used to it. I watched as all the other students walked into the school like it was nothing. But I stood frozen in place. It feels weird not to see Deku or the others here.
I held my messenger bag strap that had all of my favourite hero signatures. I took a deep breath and walked into the school. I looked around and saw everyone had already started to make friends, which made me feel left out. That was until I bumped into someone. I freaked out and bowed down apologizing.
"Hey, it's fine! I wasn't looking where I was going either," he apologized as well. I stood up properly and got a better look at him. He had blonde, messy hair and gentle brown eyes. He was a bit taller than me but not that much. He was kinda cute...
"What class are you in?" He asked. I took out the paper in my bag that had my homeroom class written on it.
"Class 1A," I read aloud. He then exclaimed saying he had the same class as me. And soon that feeling of anxiety left me.
"Want to walk together?" I nodded. We walked and talked all the way there. I learned that he's also a fan of Deku, and was saved by him as well.
When we walked into class, I saw a familiar purple-headed cat lover. We made eye contact for a second until he broke it. He leaned against the podium in the front waiting for the bell to ring. Then another guy walked in looking grumpy. He reminds me of Kacchan...
He groaned in annoyance. "I don't want to be stuck with all these losers," he complained. I walked up to him with my fists clenched. But as I got closer I realized how tall he was. He was at least 5 feet taller than me, or am I imagining things?
All the confidence I had vanished into thin air as he towered over me. I gulped in fear. He leaned down to me. "Get out the way, nerd!" He glared at me. He had his black balls in the air also staring at me which scared me even more. Is this how Deku felt when Kacchan was bullying him.
The bell rang and an announcement played on the intercoms.
"Everyone please make your way to the stadium,"
I think that was principal Nezu. He still hasn't retired yet and it's shocking. Hitoshi clapped his hands together which gathered all of our attention.
"C'mon, brats! Let's go," he started to walk out of class. Me, being the good girl I am followed him immediately. The walk there was loud from everybody talking and yelling.
But when we got to the stadium everyone became quiet. We all found our seats and sat down quietly. The ceremony started with Nezu giving us newcomers a warm welcome and telling us the rules.
"-We have a special guest here today. He is currently the #2 hero and he also went to this school," he introduced. "Please give a warm welcome to Ground Zero!" We all clapped as an all too familiar messy blonde hair and angry face walked up on stage.
He cleared his throat at the mic before saying, "The fact that you all got excepted means you may not be half bad," he joked. I see he changed a little bit. I smiled at that thought. "But you'll be nowhere as good as me, extras," he remarked. My sweat dropped and so did everyone else. Guess he didn't change THAT much.
"Welcome to U.A high. Where all your extras will have the worst time of your li-"
"I'm sorry about Kacchan he's just in a bad mood today," a certain green-haired hero interrupted him. I smiled once more seeing Deku here. After all these years I haven't seen him in forever and it's amazing to see him again!
The whole stadium cheered for Deku. He became embarrassed and his whole face turned red. He muttered a small "hi" before allowing Kacchan to continue.
"Have fun I guess," Kacchan muttered a bit aloof. I see he doesn't have anger problems anymore. That's good I guess...
This doesn't seem so bad!
