So I'm going to take everyone back to the year 2012, about a story of a girl who married the love of her life.

21 year old Nadira lived in London, she lived with her mum, dad and older sister Nasra who was 27. Nadira was in her third year of uni and dissertation stress as well as assignment deadlines were getting to her head. It didn't help that she was also balancing part time work too.

Every morning she would hop on the train and go to her finance lectures/seminars without fail. She knew she had to keep this up if she wanted to graduate with a 1st and secure a graduate job after finishing uni. She would multi task applying for graduate jobs and doing her work.

A pretty girl she was, updating her bbm posts with a new profile pic each week. Men would flock in numbers to try and speak to her both in and outside of uni, yet she would decline any offers of a relationship. This was the type of person she was, she wanted to wait until she

graduated. In her head she also had a plan set, to accept offers of potential suitors for after she graduates. However, one night as she made her way home from uni she caught her train as per usual. At the next stop hopped on a mysterious man who quickly sat

opposite her. He was tall, dark with a sharp hairline. He had a silver tooth right next to his canine and was covered in Hugo boss cologne. Nadira couldn't help but have a glance at this man and suddenly they made eye contact. "What's wrong?" the man said and Nadira started

to stutter, "nnnothing" she said, this was the first man to ever make her nervous. "Well you were staring at me for the past 3 minutes" he said. Nadira was shocked and embarrassed, she thought the stare she made was instant but apparently it wasn't. "Let me get your

bbm pin quick, this is my stop" said the strange man. So Nadira went on to give the man her bbm pin and he finally hopped off at his stop. When Nadira made it home she quickly made her way to her bedroom, skipping her dinner and quickly giving Salam to her parents.

An hour later she lay in her bed waiting for the mysterious man to send her a message and he did just that. They spoke via bbm and she went on to ask for his name, he told her his name was Abdifatah and that he was 25, letting her know he had businesses and his own house.

She knew she wanted to wait to start getting to know someone after uni, but this was different. She was completely love struck and he also felt the same way. They texted for the next 4 hours realising she had to go to bed to wake up early in the morning for revision in

the library. The next morning in the kitchen her sister approached her, "you look so tired, why are you awake go back to sleep" said Nasra. "No it's fine, I'm going to get a cup of coffee from Starbucks which should wake me up lol" said Nadira. "Ik you were texting a boy

I was peeping at your phone last night, don't try and keep these secrets from me naya" Said Nasra. They both laughed as they hugged each other, Nadira left for uni that morning and Nasra for work. The following weeks followed a similar pattern, texts turned to phone calls. Phone

calls consisted of talking stage questions such as "what's your favourite colour?" and "how many sibling do you have?". But it slowly got deeper and as months went by and after constant linkups Nadira knew he was the "one". On April the 12th 2012 Nadira submitted her

dissertation and in May she completed her final exams. When she was finally done with uni her family and Abdifatahs came to the agreement that they would set a date to get married. The next few months were full of blessings, she received a 1st for her degree and went to her

graduation ceremony a happy person. She would get good morning and night texts from Abdifatah and she couldn't wait to complete half her deen with him, she was ready and she thanked Allah it was going so well. On that very night of her graduation she spent the night
