"Stay by my side and i will protect you from the all hatred"
He said cupping my face with meaningful eyes willing to give me love that i've always wanted.
Convinced, no having faith is the right word. Having faith in his words is what I am feeling right now.
"Let's run away. Together just us"
He added and it pains me because I wanted to but i wont.
I reached for his face and offered a painful smile that wiped out hope from his eyes.
"Im sorry" that was almost a whisper.
"Maybe you can do that for me. Maybe you can leave the world behind but I cant" i said not trying to look for his eyes for I know. Ill only end up eating my own words.
"Its not about us anymore. Its about family. Tell me how can we be happy when we know we hurted the people that we sacrificed to have our so called happiness?" I asked him.
And for a moment he was silent. Unable to answer and I myself cant answer it too.
