The whole friend group had been there for Stanley in the past month. It was a love-hate relationship with him at this point.
He loved it when they were there to help but at the same time hated it because he feels bad.
"Breakfast first." Everyone nods, getting into separate cars and driving off.
The six sit at a booth, Mike sitting in a chair at the end of the table. Richie sighs before whispering in Eddies ear.

"You know he's wearing Bill's converse." It's true. The boy had left them. Stanley thinks they're his. But no one remembers him buying them except Stanley.
"Leave him alone. If he's happy wearing them let him be." Richie nods before letting Eddie cut into his pancake.
"Did you ever learn how to cut your own food?" Ben chuckles. "Nope." He shakes his head yes as Eddie finishes. "You really should learn." He sighs as the rest start to eat.

"Richie you're gonna get a bra-" "Brain freeze!!" Stanley rolls his eyes as the rest laugh. "Who knew young could get one. Didn't know you had a brain." "You fucker."
Richie licks off of Stanley's ice cream. "You're so mean." "You love me Staniel." "Yes...yes I do."
The last time he remembers Richie saying that is when they kissed. They had dyed his hair purple, now it's going back to his normal shape of black.
"We should dye your hair." "Richie n-" "Come on Staniel, no time to waste." Richie drags Stanley to the car, cranking it up quickly. Eddie follows behind.
"I literally can't stand him sometimes." Mike chuckles, getting in the car and following behind them.

"But Eddie, you liked my purple hair." Eddie flares at Stanley, the two realize he didn't use a ridiculous nickname. "Yes. I did. Fine." Eddie fumbles with Richie's glasses as Stanley starts to redye his hair.
