will's pov:
i wake up to the sound of the phone ringing. it was max. i told her i was going to tell him and when i picked up she asked what happened.
"HE KISSED YOU?"
"yes max it's really not that big of a deal!"
"that's so cute! but how are you gonna tell el?"
"we decided we're going to tell her together."
"good luck."
"thanks max."
i hang up and go to the kitchen to get some breakfast. i remember mike wanted me to come by later before we tell el.
mike's pov:
i sit on the edge of my bed waiting for will. i'm excited for him to come over, but i'm also scared to tell el. but i think she'll understand.
i hear the doorbell ring and i run downstairs to open the door. when i see will i tell him to come inside.
we sit down on the couch, he sits down right next to me, leaning his head on me slightly. i don't mind and pull him closer.
he looks up at me. "mike?"
"yes?"
"do you really like me? or are you just saying that?"
i just stare at him for a second. i grab his face and kiss him.
when we pull apart, he lays against my chest. he smells like flowers and i hold onto him tight. after a while of sitting there i say "i think it's time."
when we get to el's house i ring the doorbell. she answers it. "we have something to tell you."
"but you're both boys."
"two boys can like each other too."
"can two girls like each other?"
"yes."
"okay. thanks for telling me."
"you're not upset?"
"no."
me and will walk outside
"do you think she likes max?" will asks
"maybe."
we decide to go get ice cream at the mall. we didn't have to pay because steve would always give us free ice cream.
i got vanilla, and will got cherry. we walk out of the mall holding hands, when we see max and el.
max grabs her hand and they walk into the mall together.
"told you."
