Chap 1️⃣ 3️⃣

The day of the coronation finally came along. I was dressed like a royal and so was Amber. Yes, Amber is alive. He didn't actually kill her after all. It wasn't her on that chair, yet an innocent soul.

But that still didn't convince me to forget about the speech I had to say before I became Luna.

We were already at the venue for the coronation. He had a big pack and they were all there.

Steve, Amber and I all got on the stage but just before anything happened I spoke out.

"I have a speech". I announced holding a mic.

Everyone's gaze turned to the stage where we all stood.

"I'm not going to be the Luna of this pack, I hate your Alpha for he had tortured me for the whole time I didn't want to become the Luna!". Everyone looked at me in shock even Amber except Steve who just kept grinning. I wondered why but I kept talking.

"And I don't care if you all hate me for this! I'm still getting out of this place take it or leave it!". I grabbed Amber's hand and ran off the stage.

We ran out of the building but as we were about to get on the road, I heard a gunshot and Amber's hand suddenly slipped out of mine making her collapse to the floor.

I completely broke down and fell to the ground. I looked up and saw Steve pointing the gun at me then he pulled the trigger...

"Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!". I screamed as i sat up on the bed.

It was a fucking dream! but Amber is actually alive. I ran to her room and woke her up.

" Amber, we have to leave". I told her.

"You leave, i'm staying here to enjoy my rich life". She said making roll my eyes.

" Listen i had a dream that we both died on the coronation. I know it sounds crazy but i am certain that such a dream could come to pass". I explained and that's when she got serious.

"Okay! I'm gonna...pack up all the good clothes i was given then we can get going". She told me and began packing.

Immediately she was done we ran out.

We got on the road and stopped a taxi. We got inside but before the driver could start driving he was shot.

We both screamed and got out of the car running into the woods. We ran like our lives depended on it because it actually did.

We didn't stop because we could still hear footsteps but Amber tripped on a stone and i had to stop that's when he caught up to us and it actually wasn't Steve...Reid?

STEVE'S POV

I heard the front door close but it wasn't really loud. I only heard it because i was in my office downstairs.

I became curious and went to check it out.
I watched Natasha and Amber get on the road. I ran to get my gun and when i returned they were about to get into a taxi so i shot the driver and sent Reid to get them. Yes, i gave Reid another chance, he is my brother and actually makes a very good beta.

I had waited for too long, i decided to go into the woods myself.

NATASHA'S POV

He actually tried to help us escape.

" Look, I'm sorry for earlier but this isn't the time to explain so just let me help-

He fell to the ground, he was shot on his leg. I knew it was Steve so i helped Amber up and began to run.

I looked back and it was him, leaving Reid behind. I knew i couldn't help me so i just kept running with Amber's hand on my shoulder.

I had to stop for a second but just i bent, i felt the cold metal of a gun at the back of my head and i just froze.

"Did you really think that this side of the woods would lead you to freedom? You are really stupid then". He chuckled.

" Now move it or i shoot your worthless friend". He grabbed Amber.

I just sighed and turned around walking with him behind me.

We made it all the way to the house and he just threw me into the basement and tied me up. He turned around to leave with Amber.

"Wait, where are you taking her?". I asked him.

" That's for me to know and for you, not to know". He smirked and walked to the door.

"Oh and You are staying in here till the coronation so don't try to- The windows are barred so you can't escape besides you're all tied up". He added and finally walked out but before i could look away he came in again.

"Try to manage the water you'll be getting once in a day". He winked at me and locked me up.

I recalled on the speech I made in my dream and planned up.
