i was still really affected by the breakup, it felt so sudden and i knew she was still in LA because her snap maps said so i decided why not go talk to her person and figure this out face to face because she didn't even let me speak last time. so i quickly grabbed a hoodie and sweats because i was absolute mess, jace tried his best i didn't help. i run out to the garage and grabbed my skateboard and went to her house which isn't very far to begin with. when i get there, moving people are everywhere bringing furniture out of the house. i walk past them and go directly upstairs to ava's room, i get in there and she is packing up her room "ava!" i shout while grabbing her hands and i lean in for the kiss and so does she and we kiss. i just wanted to hold her and that's what i did and it felt amazing she was back in my arms nothing else mattered to me right now except her. "ava you can't leave" i say after i kiss her again, she brings me to her bed "i'm sorry holden, but i have too" she says "no, LA can boost your career too! it's literally the land of dreams" i say trying to talk sense to her "you can live with me and my family, we can get our own apartment too whatever you want" i say and she slowly nods but right then her mom walks in. "ava lily ponton, i thought you broke up" she says and ava is biting her lip "we did but i know that it isn't what she wanted" i say "he's right mom, i love him.. i want to marry him and live together.. without you telling me what to do" she says and i excitedly grab her thigh kinda cheering her on "thanks baby" she whispers and i laugh "ava lily ponton you are coming with me to new york young lady" her mom says and she shakes her head "i'm eighteen stop making me became you, it's your fault that dad hates you" ava says and her moms eyes go wide "take the back young lady" her mom says "as you just said young lady, so i'm a adult now and i'm not taking it back and i'm not going to new york with you" she says while flipping her mom off and olivia's head looks like it's about to explode "grab everything you need before you die, we can get things later when your mom leaves" i whisper in her ear and she nods and starts to grab clothes and her belongings and olivia is just standing their doing nothing. "also me and owen are changing are names to riley's last name. i'm going to ask her to adopt us" she says and her mom looks like she's about to hit ava so i get in front of her and her mom hits me. "your happy i'm not a minor otherwise i would be pressing charges against you but i could also charge you for assault and since you lost a lot of money in the divorce and that's why your selling the house, i wouldn't really want to against my family and their lawyers wait you already know a few of their lawyers because they were kio's lawyers in the divorce... is that a bit to close to home oops" i say and ava laughs but stops and bites her lip "i got 911 on speed dial mrs. ponton so unless you want assault charges back the fuck off me and don't bother ava ever again" i say "yes please" ava says and she taps my shoulder "i'm ready" she whispers and i nod "you will let us leave and not bother us ever again" i say and olivia moves out of the way and me and ava run out of her house with her stuff but since i bought with my skateboard we had to call my dad. i quickly dialed his number and he answered "hey dad, can you pick me up i'm with ava and we're outside her house" i say "yea, i thought you broke up" he starts to say "yea we did but i talked to her and i kinda threatened olivia with charges against her and that i would call the police because she hit so just hurry up" i say "yea i'm coming now" he says and he hangs up and me and ava start walking and it's just like before. "how did you know i didn't want to actually break up with you" she asks and i laugh "you decided to not try long distance and i know you would want to try everything to work out especially after last night" i say and she laughs "yea" she says and no we didn't have sex for the first time, i asked her if she wanted to marry me and she said yes. we have been together for two and half years, i found her after i slept with violet which was the worst thing i've ever done but ava is the best thing i've ever done... now that sounds dirty which it is meant to be but she is the best thing that has ever happened to me and she is the best i've ever had...

- hadley's pov -

i wake up and look at the clock and realize that it's already two pm and i look down at my body to see that i'm naked and i can't see kaylie next to me so i quickly throw on my underwear and grab a shirt. i get out of bed and around her bed are multiple white claws along with a bottle of wine on her dresser. i walk out of her room and i see her on the couch sleeping there just a fyi she's fully clothed and i'm confused as fuck. i start to shake her to wake her up and after a while she finally opens her eyes, "baby?" i ask "wifey?" she says and i give her a little peck. "do you know what happened, did we have sex last night?" i say and she shrugs her shoulders "i can't remember a thing" she says and i nod in agreement "same, i was naked in your room last night surrounded by white claws" i say and she looks at me "if we had sex, it had to be amazing sucks we can't remember anything" she says as she brings me in for another kiss. "i need a advil" i say while lounging on the couch "i'll get it babe" she says as she gets up and heads to the kitchen and she quickly comes back with water, gatorade, a trash can and most important my fucking advil. "thanks baby" i say while putting the advil in my mouth with some water and swallowing. i take another sip of water and i suddenly have the urge to throw up, "i'm going to the bathroom" i say as i run into the bathroom and vomit and kaylie follows me to the bathroom and holds my hair back as i throw up. "you're not pregnant right" she says and flashbacks from my night with jace come back and i shrug "i shouldn't be we used protection" i say and she rubs my back "i'll go get one just in case" she says and i nod while drinking some of my gatorade. "i lo— like you" i say and she laughs "i like you too" she says and she kisses me and i laugh "good idea, kiss the girl the just vomited her guts out" i say and she laughs and walks out of the house.
