We were training outside. I used my staff to try and trick Aqua and make her fall, but Aqua is a well trained, and didn't fall for it. Instead, she jumped above my staff and kicked my feet, making me fall to the ground. "Always expect the unexpected." She said, as she walked towards me and raised her hand, giving to me. I caught her hand and she helped me get back on my feet. "Nice. I'll remember it for our next training session." I said. We both smirked at each other. "Okay, who's up next?" I turned to the rest of the team. Aqua turned to look at Meta, Phoenix and Dean just looking around, minding their business. Dean was whistling. Pretending as if he doesn't show any interest in anything. "Hey Dean!" Dean turned to see a staff being thrown in his direction.

He was clumsy, but he caught it. Then he looked to see Aqua standing in front of him. "You're up." She said. He rolled his eyes, as he walked to my spot and I walked to his, crossing my hands and watching them both. They started to fight. Dean tried to hit Aqua but he missed every hit. "Try to hit me from below. You always try to hit me from above" she said. Once she said it he managed to hit her leg once. "Nice!" She said. They continued to fight. The training session continued about two hours. Meta and Phoenix had their turns as well. Then we all took turns for the showers.

Now we just chill at the building, since this is a very calm Sunday, for a change. But as I thought this, the alarm went off. I jumped off the Sofa as Meta teleported in front of me, and Phoenix and Dean flew into the Room. Aqua ran into the room. "What is it?" Aqua asked. "Looks like some Ninjas are attacking Los Angeles." Meta said, as she went fast through the news. I looked at the screen. "The way they move. They don't look human." I said. "You're right. They are Meta-Humans. Meta-Ninjas, to be fair." Meta said. "Well that's enough for me, everyone ready?" Aqua asked. We all nodded at her. "Lets go!"

We appeared at Los Angeles's Grand Park. People were running and screaming in panic. Almost like a scene from a movie. Alarms from near by bank went off, and glasses were breaking off as the Meta-Ninjas came out of the bank. "There!" I said, pointing at them. Aqua hurried and summoned two water snakes from the nearest lake, directing them at the Ninjas. They were in group, so they split. They avoid them by running around and let them hit two trees. One Ninja appeared next to me, and then he appeared all around me. 'I have to figure out who is the real one to take out the illusions.' I said to myself. I closed my eyes and listened to the ground. Then I took out my bow and arrow as quick as I could and shoot my target. The Ninja fell to the ground, electrified.

Dean was fighting a group of them, summoning a bunch of souls to his aid. Phoenix flew from above and burnt them all. Suddenly a smoke bomb appeared and filled the entire air with smoke screen. It took a couple of minutes till I could see again. I looked around, noticing that one of my team mates is missing. "Wait, where's Aqua?" I asked.

"Let me go you cowards" Aqua screamed, as they pulled her into their underground lair. When they reached a big dark room with only candle lights around, Aqua's vision started to clear. There was a lot more of those Meta-Ninjas. They were all praying. Beside the ones carrying her to the end of the room, where there was a fancy chair, and looks like the king of the Ninjas was sitting their, guarded by four of his Meta-Ninjas. "What did you bring me?" He asked, in unknown language for Aqua. "She's from Atlantis city sir. One of the Superheroes running around. She could be useful to you..." one of them said. Aqua turned to him, she couldn't understand, but she knew it was bad. She turned back to the leader. She was sitting on her knees, as they were holding her hands with much force.

Their leader was quiet for a few moments, but then he said:"Lock her in a cell." he said. Then they started pulling her away from their, as she still fights to be released, but as she's away from the water, she gets weaker and weaker.

Aqua was thrown into the cell, and the door was locked behind it. She looked in anger as they closed the small window on the door of the cell as well. The she looked around her. It was a really small room with a small bad and a bucket. Nothing else. Not even a window, doesn't make sense to have one since they are underground. As Aqua was readying herself for staying a long time as their prisoner, which is very shameful for an Atlantean warrior, the door's window opened up. Aqua got on her feet. All she could see was two blue eyes behind a mask looking back at her. She looked back in anger. "What do you want?" She said. "Are you Aqua?" He asked her. "Didn't your leader tell you?" she said, while kicking the door. He signed her to calm down. "Shh, Do you want everyone to hear us?" he asked. Aqua calmed down. "What do you want?" She asked. "I'm here to get you out of here." He said, looking around him in fear. "How do I know you aren't going to betray me?" She asked.

"Move back." He said. She did. She heard a little crackling noises as he was messing with the door, and then the door opened up with a small crack. When the show exposed him completely to her, he took off his hood. "My name is Liam. I'm a spy. Actually, Ninja-Spy." he said. "Oh." Aqua was surprised. 'He's...kind of hot.' She thought to herself. He has brown short hair and pony that covers a bit on his forehead. Perfect facial features. He was very muscular.
"Are you ready to leave?" He asked her. He held his hand out to her. Aqua looked at him for a couple moments, then took his hand. "They are there! Stop them!" They turned to their left as they heard a voice yelling and a bunch of footsteps. "Yes, time to go." She said. They both turned and ran in the other direction. As time passed by and they ran around, the place seemed like a big maze. But Liam seemed to know his way around. After all, he spied on them, so he's been here for awhile.

After hours of running around, they finally found the exit. They were able to get out. The warm sun washed Aqua's face. "So glad to be outside." She said. Liam looked at her and smiled. Suddenly Aqua started to shake, and fell into Liam's arms. "Are you okay?" he asked. She sighed. "No, I've been away from the water for too long." She claimed. Liam looked at her, then he heard a bunch of footsteps running towards them. He picked her in his arms, and started to run away from there. Once he got far enough, he found himself near a small lake. Aqua was in pain, as she was dry and ill for being away from water for so long. He held her closer, then walked with her towards the water. He was about to dip her in the water, until he heard a voice behind him.

"Hey! Get away from her!" I yelled at him. Me and the team arrived just in time. The guy turned to us. He looked at us, scanning us from head to toe, making sure we are not any danger to them, then begging us: "Please, she needs to go in the water, she needs help." He said. We all looked at each other, then I nodded at him. He nodded back at me and turned back, dipping Aqua in the water. Few moments later she rose from the water, coughing. "Hey, Hey, it's okay. You're okay." He said, petting her face. Aqua was getting her heart beat back. After a few moment of calming herself down, she finally looked back into Liam's eyes. She smiled at him. Then he held his hand to her and helped her up on her feet. "Thank you." She said. "It was nothing." He claimed.

"So are you going to introduce us to your boyfriend here, or?" Dean asked. Me and Phoenix giggled a bit. Aqua rolled her eyes. "Team, this is Liam. He saved me." She said. Liam waved at us. "Nice to meet you Liam." Phoenix said. Liam Bowed at her. She bowed as well. "So how did you find Aqua exactly?" Dean asked. He didn't seem so impressed with him. Liam was okay with that. "I've been spying on K'ohn's people for months. Hiding between them. I was about to finally leave and return to my people when they brought Aqua in." He started to explain. "So you freed her?" I asked. He nodded. "Thank you, for doing so."

I said. he did a little bow with his head. I bowed back. Aqua turned to him. "I'm guessing you are going back to your people now?" She asked. Liam scratched his head. "This was the plan. But... You see, when I came to rescue you, I already knew they were gone." We all were shocked. "What? Gone?" I asked. Liam nodded. "K'ohn's people came to our camp and burned it all down. Those who survived, he sent his Meta-Ninjas on them to kill. I think I'm the last of my people." Liam said, looking down on the floor in pain. Aqua held his hand. He turned to her.  "You don't have to endure this alone, Liam." She said, hugging his hand. "Yes," I started to say. They both turned to me. "You are welcome to stay with us. I promise you, K'ohn won't get away with this." I said. Liam nodded. "Thank you, all of you." He said. And now there was a long moment of silence. We stood there for Liam's people. The ones K'ohn killed. And for new beginnings, too. At hard times like these.
