6 - Today's The Day

Y/N POV

I figured out exactly what I wanted to do for this to work. I'd pick both Dream and George up from the airport at 6:30 tonight. We'd all come back to my apartment where I would tell Nick to come over.

It was time to execute the plan. Dream texted me saying they were both at the airport waiting as I was on my way.

Soon we got there and I recognized them both immediately.

We said hello to eachother as we walked back to my car together.

"So he has no idea?" George asked, talking about Nick.

"Not even a clue." I responded.

We made it back to my house and set their stuff in my two spare rooms.

An hour passed and I texted Nick that he needed to come over because I was bored.

Nick
I'm on my way, be there soon.

I decided to just make Dream and George sit on the couch and act casual upon his arrival.

I stood near the doorway. I answered the door for Nick and let him come in.

"So what did you want to do?" He asked.

"You can go ahead and sit down in the living room, I'll be in in a sec." I said, motioning him toward the living room.

I smiled to myself slightly and watched from the kitchen to see his reaction.

"What the hell are you guys doing here!?" I could hear him exclaim.

Both Dream and George laughed in response and I watched as they all hugged and said proper hello's.

"You organized this?" Nick asked, looking back at me.

I nodded in response and he came over and hugged me. I felt my face warm up and I knew that Dream noticed the small detail. I gave him a look that says "don't you dare."

We pulled away and just looked at eachother for a moment. This ended when I started feeling a little awkward with all the tension in the room.

We all decided that since it was already pretty late, there'd be no use going out to do anything tonight, and we could save the activities and fun for tomorrow.

"Y/N can I talk to you? In the other room?" Nick asked me, while we were all sat in my living room playing on my wii.

(Yes a wii. Wii's are fun. I don't care.)

I nodded and got up from the couch to go into the other room.

He shut the door gently behind him and looked at me.

"Thank you. Seriously. I don't know why you did that, but it means a lot to me. I needed something like this." He said sincerely.

I smiled back, "It's beyond my pleasure, seriously." I said softly.

Before I knew it, we were hugging again and I felt the familiar warmth on my face, and could tell I was blushing very heavily.

"Hey so...How would you feel about being my girlfriend?" He asked, as we pulled away.

I smiled and looked down, if my face wasn't red before, it sure as hell was now.

"I think it'd be a great idea." I said softly.

Before we knew what's going to happen next, we were both only inches apart from eachother, but it was him who moved in the rest of the way to kiss me softly.

I smiled, and kissed him back. We pulled away and it was just natural. There was no more awkward tension. The silence was comfortable, and I could tell we were both happy with this.
