Appearance: a tall, athletic built humanoid with a gas mask on its face that shows an endless void of space. It also has dark blue skin with wires hanging out of its skin

Stand ability: STARSET can manipulate atoms around the user to (mostly) make anything to some degree

Stand Ability: 1-5 chance of living, the other things it does include, short term paralysis, limbs being blown off, explosions, a blank round, and a homing round that causes the target to implode. The only thing is that the user does not know which round it would be unless he keeps track
