The wind came streaming from the window giving access for the cold Brooklyn air to travel across the luscious apartment, and make the once warm blanket unsettlingly chilly.

Sarah tossed and turned in her half awake, half asleep state hoping to create body heat to eliminate the chances of her having to get up and shut the window.

20 minutes had pasted until she gave up and swung her feet over the edge of the queen sized bed, and sighed as she just stared at her feet that dangled over the edge.

Grumbling, Sarah stood and made her way over to the open window that overlooked the part of the city she loved the most.

After closing the window she looked out over the streets, covered with dirty wrappers and some fall leaves. The sun rise was just peeking over the tall buildings. Colors of red, yellow and orange filled the sky.

Suddenly she felt large warm hands wrapping around her waist. "It's almost as beautiful as you." said the low raspy voice behind her

"I love you." whispered leaning her head back against his toned body and raising her hand to touch the window as if she was touching the now completely colored sky.

"What time is it?" he continued

"6:45"

"mmhmm, we have 15 minutes till we have to get ready.. come back to bed with me."

Sarah turned around to face him, staring up into his eyes. "I'd love to but I don't wanna be late for my first day of classes"

"But you have 15 minutes" he said with a smirk on his face

"Later..?" Sarah said standing on her tippy toes to kiss her childhood lover on the cheek

"urgh, college chicks are so annoying." He chuckled

"Shutup, not all of us are lucky enough to start a multi-million business at the age of 18 from a college dorm room." Sarah said walking around him heading towards the bathroom.

"No, but your my girlfriend.. therefore what's mine is yours." he said flopping on the bed "so forget college and come to bed with me."

"Don't you have a meeting to go to? Plus, I'm not giving up my dream just because you already have yours" Sarah said sticking her head out from the bathroom with a curler in hand

"You could at least kiss me before you leave."

"Your 4 years older than me, I have plenty of time to catch up with you" Sarah rambled hoping her boyfriend would understand her intentions on making it in the big city.

"yes, yes I know darling.. this is all stuff I haven't heard before." he said sitting up and running his hands through his curly locks.

Sarah let out a breathe of air as she looked into the mirror. She wore a pencil skirt with a blazer and a white blouse underneath. Her hair was perfectly curled with one side pinned back making her look much older then 19 years old.

"Babe, you look stunning"

"Thanks" Sarah said moving to be standing inbetween his legs.

"You'll do amazing." He said cupping her face "like you always do."

"Thanks, I'm just nervous. I mean, it's college." she said wrapping her arms around him taking in his refreshing scent before pulling away to reach for her black heels

"Well, I know you will be fine." he said

"But would you like some wine to calm you down so you can focus properly?" as he pulled out some white wine from the mini fridge located in his side table.

"Ashton. If I have told you once, i have told you a thousand times. I don't drink."

She said grabbing his face and pulling him in for a goodbye kiss.
