Day One at Yogis

     "Don't fall like i did" i say as i'm laughing with my best friend Bridgett. "I'm not gonna fa-"
WHABAM.
     I laughed and laughed as bridgett looked up at me like she was gonna kill me.
"I told you not to fall like i did" i say in between laughs.
I help her up and we walk to the trampoline.
"We should have stayed on the beach this day is already bad enough."
Pause, Let me fill you guys in a little. Me and Bridgett planned this day out for a long time now. And the one day we actually do it she started her period, she was wearing white bottoms. She doesn't like talking about it for some unknown weird reason. She wanted to stay on the beach but me being a good friend was like "No, we are gonna get our money's worth." Play. :)
    "Bridgett, you're fine, it's gonna be fun."
     Once we got to the slide, i pass by this extremely tall figure. I double take and think that's probably Johnny. Ew, don't make eye contact. We get up on the trampoline. And all i hear is.
"Hi, Haylee."
     I turn around and see Gavin Watkins standing there with his eyes out of his sockets.
      Pause. Gavin is the hottest guy in the 8th grade. His whole entire grade has a crush on him. Which to be honest they're not in the wrong. He's got a six pack and very muscled up. Hair is wet and roughed up be he still looks fairly good. Course i'm in 9th grade so i didn't know of his existence til like a month ago. I don't know who added who but i have him on snap and we've had a few conversations. He seems pretty chill.
    I look at him blankly, and just look him up and down. Then it hits me, i didn't say hi back!
  " Oh, uh, Hi Gavin." and i give him a small wave. We stand there just looking at each other.          Bridgett Grabs my hand and pulls me on the trampoline with a lot of force.
   "What the hell? Bro" i say as i sit down.
     "Haylee, did you not see the way he looked at you?"
     "Uh, no?"
     "It was like his eyes lit up!"
     "Really?" I turn back at look at him again. Then turn back to Bridgett.
       " I wouldn't lie to you, Let's go by him and you can flirt a little."
Before I can answer her she already up and making her way over to the cliff where he is sitting. And as loyal best friend, Of course I follow. We make it to the cliff and one of my guy friends, Dacen, grabs me and almost pushes me off.
     "Dacen, if you push me off i'm going to kill you." He stops, smiles and walks off.
      "You shouldn't kill people, Haylee." There's That damn deep voice again. I look over and there's Gavin, sitting on the cliff. I look back to bridgett, who has already jumped off the cliff, make her way down into the water. I look back to Gavin, Who is still looking at me. I smile and jump, as I zoom down from the top of the cliff i see his eyes go big and stands up. I hit the water, and go down. I swim down lower to see how long i can go with being under. I like swimming I so at peace underwater. Suddenly I feel a hand grab my arm and pull me up. As i surface the water, I'm hoping its gavin, it's bridgett. I already know she's gonna be mad.
     "What the fuck, Haylee!" She splashes me.
      "What?" I say laughing.
      "You scared the shit out of me!" She says swimming back to the ladder.
       " Sorry, I didn't mean to." i say in between giggles. I look up to the cliff to see if Gavin is still watching me. Yep, I smile up at him and climb up the ladder. We walk to the middle of the wibets and sit down on the circle. I look up and see Gavin walking towards me with a big ass smile on his face.
      "Hay-."
      "Gavin Watkins, Your mom is here to pick you up!" The lifeguard yells. Then he does the sexiest thing a person could ever do. He turns smiles at me and dives off the wibets into the lake. Man I wish he didn't leave early.
