Numb. Deprived of the power of sensation. The feeling of emptiness. Unable to think, feel, or respond normally. Deprive of feeling or responsiveness. When you can't feel anything at all. When you feel so emotionally empty sometimes.
Darkness was all the girl could see. She couldn't feel anything. She wasn't able to move a single bone in her body. Her mind was spinning.
She then saw a bright white light. It kept getting brighter, and brighter, and brighter. Until she finally opened her eyes and began breathing again.
Yaritza woke up in a room she didint recognize. She looked around her head pounding in the process. She tried to look for her found but found nothing.
Where was Vinnie? Where am i? Who's bed am i in?
She finally was able to stand up making her way over to the windows stumbling every now and then. She opened the curtains to see the shine of the moon.
Nighttime.
Her hearing picked up music coming from Downstairs. She looked around in confusion. She finally spotted her phone.
She sunk to the floor crawling over to it. To weak to stand and walk. She unlocked it the brightness blinding her.
12:24 am.
The clock read. She began going through her messages and all her snapchats. She couldn't believe what had happened to her.
She set her phone down tears running down her eyes. As she looked to her right she found her clothes and underwear on the floor. She looked at her underwear in absolute disgust.
She looked around the room finally knowing who it belonged to. Issac Delaney. One of the most popular football players at school.
Him and Yaritza had history. They were a summer fling but Yaritza thought they were more.
