Chapter 1

The worst days of time the day that starts this hell well that's how I feel today 

"IVORY" 

Well shit there's Millie calling me for breakfast I got out of bed and and stared in the mirror at my red eyes they we're just red my parents often called me a monster and said I was a disappointment to the family little did they know I didn't fucking care I already knew I was adopted into this family and my whole life my family fucking hated me today was my 16th birthday and my adoption anniversary even though neither of those things we're gonna get celebrated I just got dressed and looked in the mirror one last time. 

"You got this Ivy today's the day you'll be okay again" I said "Are you really talking to yourself in the mirror" said my older brother Nile then he laughed "What do you want Nile come to make fun of me because I'm different" I said crossing my arms "So I can't wish my little sister a happy birthday" he asked raising a brow to be honest we didn't seem like it but me and Nile we're a little close he always likes to pick on me and but deeply I knew Nile actually cared for me. 

Millie on the other hand she's a bitch she's like my parents they just fucking hate me and they love Millie and Nile with all their hearts but they hate me and I never understood why they neglected me as a child and never wanted anything to do with me I just learned to live with it "we better get to breakfast before we get yelled at" said Nile I rolled my eyes and grabbed my bag heading downstairs and Nile followed. 

"Good Morning Nile dear" said Mom "There's my boy" said Dad I just ignored the fact they seen me standing there I just walked around them and sat at the table Millie was sitting there texting on her phone. I just sat their quietly I didn't speak I just looked down at my hands that's when my other older brother. Josh came downstairs now he is like my parents and my sister he hates me too always picking on me and always bullying me at school bragging because he's the captain of the football team he's dating the head cheerleader and to be honest I've told him a million times I don't fucking care "Good Morning Dear" said Mom at this point I had enough of my family and decide to just leave for school and no one seemed to care that I left without saying anything no one except Nile. 

I think he wanted to make the family think he hated me didn't matter to me when I got to school I went straight to my locker and got my books and other things I needed for class I closed my locker door and guess who was standing there. Josh's girlfriend Evelyn and she was putting on lipgloss I already knew she was gonna question me about my pale skin and red eyes even people at school agreed I was a monster all because I look different then them my eye color is litterally red and my skin is pale that's all people seen me as was a monster. 

She finished applying a thick layer of lip gloss and stared into her tiny mirror "Hey freak" she said looking over at me I tried to ignore the fact everyone called me freak or monster anything mean. "Can you not start on me today" I asked rolling my eyes she just looked at me and glared so I turned and started walking away and she noticed quickly because she grabbed my hair and pulled me back I fell back into the lockers and my books scattered it didn't hurt but it pissed me off.

"Listen here don't even think about walking away when I'm talking to you" she said getting in my face I got mad and wanted to hit her but instead I got up grabbed my books and glared at her "listen here bitch I'm sick of you and your friends bullying me so do me a favor and fuck off" I said getting in her face she seemed speechless I had actually stood up to her I gave her one last look and went to class. 

The whole time I was in class I was bored and hoping time would go by faster so I could just go home it was a really slow day but soon enough the school day was over and I was relieved to go home but when I walked in the door Josh was sitting on the couch with his girlfriend and his friends I stood in the doorway before running upstairs and shutting my door I couldn't handle all my bullies being in the same room as me I thought I was okay but then my parents burst through my door and Dad had a belt Mom had Millie in her arms and Josh and his friends were watching from the doorway I backed up slowly "Did you bully your sister at school!!!" screamed my Dad "N-No I didn't" I said back to him "Well then why the hell did your sister come home with bruises on her??" he screamed "I don't fucking know she's just trying to get me in trouble!!!" I screamed  "She always does this because she likes to see me suffer and in pain!" my parents looked at me like I was crazy "I swear-" before I could finish what I was saying Dad hit me with his belt.
