Chapter 2:

Unknown POV:

I feel an incredible force pushing me and separating me from something. My hands and legs are crossed together and I feel an unpleasant icyness and evil aura around me. I slowly open my eyes and unfold myself. I tilt my head around only to see streaks of different shades of purple swirling together at the same pace and movement. It looked so sad  considering it just looked like “lost souls” wandering around... I felt abandoned and slightly free, but then again, what is this feeling of not being complete? I look at my skin and touch myself but to my shock I was translucent! I had an urge to ask someone about this but I couldn’t see anyone. Wait, what is that pale figure to my left? A girl who looks slightly like me also turned towards me. She looked pale and ghostly. What is going on in here?

Our arms seemed to be conjoined to each other. How come I couldn’t feel anything? While she was staring at our merged arms, I studied her facial expression and pulled my hand away from her. She seemed to be doing the same but the expressions I conducted was a mixture of  confusion, shock and most of all fear.. I let out a shaky breath.Avoiding eye contact, I looked below both of us and noticed that there was another girl, but she..seemed lifeless and very gaunt..I screamed in terror, but my voice just only echoed through the room..I don’t remember how I ended up here, what my name was and anything to be honest. I was left with nothing. Thinking about my name, did it start of  withE or something… or was it A?

Suddenly a solid object hit the side of the metal wall letting out a loud ringing noise travel through the room and explosions of purple sparks exploded from one of the walls, it looked so magical even though it startled me...It was like a portal or void..something that resembles an enchanted gateway. I was so entranced I forgot what hit the wall. As I crept over to see what the object was my body was paralyzed and I was sucked in by a strong force to the spellbinding opening I saw earlier. I was perplexed and nervous. I screamed that it almost felt like my lungs were going to burt as tears strted to cloud my eyes.The girl that had conjoined arms with me seemed to be doing the same thing as me . Weird...I didn’t really mind that but why was I being sucked in by such a strong force? I was trying to grab hold of her hand and faced backwards to reach out for the other body but she was too far and she might've been the cause to the loud sound against the wall, but why was there so much force being put to push her? who pushed her? Within a second the identical girl, who was also screaming, hand slipped out of my clutch and disappeared. I sprang into tears because I  felt like something was missing after letting her go. I only faintly remembered a body left behind in the room and a girl desperately screaming for help like me before I also disappeared . Now I only remember that, nothing else, but where am I? Who am I?

Gararic’s POV:

 Here I am standing beside the mirror or void as our ruler likes to call it,  and I am patiently waiting for my  brother to erase the stupid memories and events before we took that amazingly beautiful woman into the void.. Yes, about the void Irus assigned Danir and I to be the guardians (Oh yeah, and as Danir’s twin) of it and whatever comes between us affects the void so we much be careful blah blah blah… no one really ever listens to him. I never listen to him.

This void was the central powerbox of all the other secondary voids and is actually an illusion of a mirror. Although, this void was our first test, and our most powerful one. It never glitches or fails... ever. Irus gave us second command to the portals, and we were able to lure a human to any world we choose them to go. However, if the human’s abilities aren’t good enough, they just go through the black hole and disappear forever. I am sure I am the one who is stronger than Danir and that the girl will definitely end up in my world.

As the twin of Danir and the guardian of the voids,  I can feel him emotions and feelings. Pain, envy, sadness and love..love..He loved that gorgeous girl and I also love her. Love at first sight . I am jealous. I envy him because he gets anything he wants based on his appearance. This feeling lingering inside my chest breaks my heart because it  is positive she was more attracted to him since he's more “buff” and apparently “hot”, I try to mimic that in my best girl voice.

Anyways, Irus has been raging about the void. It has been glitching according to the “zero”. I mustn't forget to fix it...

I walked at a steady pace towards the void until I fell down to a massive rumble. The mirror shards broke and I sat there in shock. What had happened? no no no this can’t be it.. I race up to the void to only see million of pieces of glass everywhere and smoke. This can’t be right, maybe all the tension between my brother and I have caused something...The girl is gone, her body must still be trapped there though. Even though we have secondary portals to the worlds that the voids lead to, Irus isn’t going to be happy with a broken one… I half stood, half stumbled as I was making my way to the position of ‘standing’ and quickly ran to my brother. My heart was rapidly thumping and I could feel something is going to be extremely wrong...
